Went in with a broken screen Told them it was only the screen They said they would have fixed it in one hr They then called me back after 30 mins telling me they had to run an (unneeded) $78 diagnostic claiming the phone wasn't charging nor turning on so probably the problem was bigger than expected (FALSE) Fortunately I was aware of the damage on my phone and I was sure it was turning on so I decided to get my phone back with no diagnostic. . when I got there the phone was still open (why?) and after 5 mins I got it back Went to another shop, got my problem fixed in 30 mins and the new shop even put screws that those scammers forgot to put back on cause too lazy or in a rush to give me back my phone.. I just wanted to take the time to publicly thank Kevin for helping me over the phone with my problematic iPhone issues (if you know you know) my phone screen has a crack but the LCD light and buttons on the side worked fine. My phone had frozen for like 3 hours straight and I could not restart my phone. Excellent!! super happy with their service! went to few other locations to fix a Tmobil phone that's is not so common, and no luck and was told "have to wait because they need to order parts" this was the only location that had the screen in stock and were able to fix it on the same day! ! Long story short, I dropped my iPhone the screen popped off. It still worked, but I need it together for work. I called around and LA Tech repair picked up. Jen who answered the call was super friendly and professional. She quoted me the prices, which were very competitive prices. They were open and available to help me right away so I drove down there in about five minutes and handed them my phone (and my sons cracked screen iphone). LA Tech is AMAZING and deserves more than 5 stars! Not only were they the cheapest to repair my 6th generation IPad, they were prompt and responsive. Additionally, the price I was quoted on the phone was the same price I was charged when I picked up my IPad. I took my device in and didn't expect that probably less than 20 minutes it would be ready for pick up. I was shocked and appreciative of how quickly my screen was replaced. I had one Kivash from way back 2009 when he first started this business from his home. Even before he started a small kiosk in the corner of Reseda. I had even recommended all of my friends to go to him for all of their problems with their cellphones. None o them were not happy with the effective and quality. Even I myself am amazed with this true friend, who is very dedicated to his work and honesty. I have not seen Kivash for a very long time as I got busy with my life but yesterday the camera on my iPhone XS Max stopped working and I decided to bring it to a cellphone shop not knowing that it was Kivash's new shop. I am so happy to see him grow in this business as he put so much time, effort and dedication and passion to this business. I am always satisfied with the excellent service that he provides. I went in with samsung note 20 ultra with a broken lcd and they helped me get it fixed right away for a good price. Look for keano when you drop by and he will get your repairs done roght away.
