What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish is Asian Nachos, which consists of fried won tons topped with seared ahi tuna, grilled chicken thinly sliced or chopped grilled shrimp with a teriyaki and spicy Mayo drizzle garnished with black sesame seeds and chopped green onions
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We ask what foods you would like at your event and customize your menu to your personal preferences. We also make recommendations to help you achieve the best results for your event.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to cook! But most of all I enjoy pleasing my clients by providing delicious food, excellent service and overall an amazing experience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always cooked since I was a child and have always wanted to have my own food business.
