Kristen has helped changed the way I look at diet and nutrition. For the first time in my life I feel free to eat what I want in a balanced way that is actually good for me. She has taught me so much about food tracking. I was able to see what I was eating and the amount that was necessary to lose weight properly. Since January I’ve lost about 10lbs gradually. I don’t fee like I’m on a diet or any restriction at all! I’ve been able to eat food and drinks that I love and still lose weight. Kristen taught me how calorie reduction really works. She helped me come up with a plan, she was always there to answer my questions and helped me with a food tracking app. It feels so freeing to eat what I like but understand the proper amount to keep me healthy, balanced and satisfied. Working with Kristen is probably the best thing that has ever happened to me. This woman is the most motivated person I’ve ever met and makes me feel so comfortable when it comes to working out. I’ve always struggled with self-confidence and loving myself, but Kristen listens to my requests (like if I want a tighter core, or stronger arms) and actually builds my workouts around my desires to allow me to gain confidence by working hard for what I’d like. She is so intelligent and provides great nutritional advice if you’re ever confused on how to eat properly. She encourages you to keep going and to be proud of yourself. She is so organized and so knowledgeable in what she does and I couldn’t ask for a better trainer. I look forward to seeing her and she has made me fall in love with working out. I would recommend that if you really want to get into the best shape of your life do a work out with Kristen. She not only has an incredible amount of knowledge and energy but she makes the work out fun as you go along. She will help you to aspire to Heights that you never thought you could before and can tailor a program that can meet everyone’s needs. No need to be afraid if you’re just starting out because she can help you with her expertise. Every client begins with an assessment where I assess their strength, flexibility, goals, experience level & schedule. After that I create a sustainable exercise program that aligns with everything I learned during their assessment. Additionally I set up daily habit change goals which lead to long term weight loss and exercise adherence.

Finding an exercise program and nutrition plan that you enjoy, you can follow long term and aligns with your goals. If you want results you need consistency in the gym and in the kitchen.

I am really passionate about exercise education and showing people that they can feel good, look good, and enjoy their lives all at the same time. Through daily habit changes and consistency in the gym you can really have a complete lifestyle change. Being able to have an impact on peoples health and happiness is extremely satisfying and keeps me motivated to always do more to help my clients.

I wanted more flexibility to help clients on my own schedule. I enjoy being able to work for myself and train clients the way I believe will truly benefit them.

A client will not just get a one sized fits all program. Every client is treated as an individual with a unique schedule, lifestyle, and goals. Programs are curated specifically for each client and I am there with them every step of the way. No more googling "which diet should i do for fat loss" or "whats the difference between a hip bridge and a hip thrust". I am your trainer, your educator, your motivator and your friend.
