Amazing service! I have taken my Maltese there for a few years now and they are reliable, friendly and the grooming services are great. I've never used the boarding service but the grooming is on-point. It is nice to be able to walk to the groomer, but if you live a little farther away, there is a bicycle with a pet trailer and they can do pickup/drop off at your building. Highly recommend. More...

I wrote a review 2 years ago and I am going to write a second one because I believe they deserve it, I tried for convenience to change groomers to one of those that came to the home, my puppies were hurt, the services were expensive and customer service was a nightmare after trying and failing miserably I vowed just to use their services which really are the best. All I can say is... Just Amazing!!!! From the quality hair cuts, to the caring staff and the dedication they have with my Mini Schnauzer Chuck. I can't rave more highly about this fine Pet Boutique. I also love that they're conveniently located in Brickell. The staff is very personable and they really take care of my little guy, which really shows as he is so happy to spend his days at their daycare. Chuck loves Franklyn so much - hugs and kisses him as soon as he walks in to the shop. I've been nothing but extremely happy with their services... now my puppy has a nice home away from home when I'm away or while at work. Additionally, the groomer is so detailed as my dog's coat is white and the Schnauzer breed has very sensitive skin, they use only high quality products and he comes out looking extra white and with an elegant haircut!!! Such great service!!!! Brought my doggy for the first time months ago and has been happy with their amazing crew and service ever since. I have used various pet care places but nothing compares with the great options like, day care, grooming and long term stay that K&K has to offer. All I know is that my doggie is always excited when he comes back to stay and looks amazing and happy when I come back to pick him up! Location is great, right in Brickell with easy access and street parking/pickup. in the morning I am always greeted by Franklin and my doggy loves him! I have a 6lb miniature wire haired dachshund called Truman. He is my best friend.... but can be a little skittish around people he doesn't know. Given my wife and I travel a lot we often board him (mostly 1 day, sometimes overnight and for as long as a week) with the gang at Kool and Kute. He LOVES the place... His tail starts wagging as soon as he arrives, and he will often run back to the carers when I come to pick him up. Makes me feel better about leaving the little guy as I know he is happy. Maybe a tad expensive, but right next to our apartment... So haven't bothered to shop around. Very happy. More...

I usually go to petsmart but they didn't hv availability so I decided to give this super convenient location a try that's 5 mins from me.  It was great.  She even gave me tips on how to not cut a certain. Part of hair to result in a better teddy best cut for my teacup poodle :) she also gave me a small amount of ointment for his eyes to taught me how to better eliminate the odor around the eyes from the tears that poodles get a lot.  I'll be bringing him again this weekend n hope they will do the same good cut and service thx More...

Great place and great people, very clean and nice, they use music to relax the pets. I took my pet for the first time and at the beginning is difficult cause is estrange people but it was the greatest experience for me and Lia (my pet) When I went to pick her she didn't want to go, so that's the best prove that they treat pets very good; they are very sweet and friendly with them so that's important.
