I want to show people that with dedication you can transform your body into your dream physique. I started lifting weights during my freshman year of high school and have been working out ever since then at my local 24-hour fitness gym. I recently became certified as a personal trainer for AMFPT.

- 8-12 reps
- Super sets, Drop sets, Pyramid sets, Pause reps
Chest/Tris/Shoulders, Back/Bis/Forearms, Legs/Core

- High reps (15-20)
- End with Cardio ( Treadmill, Stationary bike, Rowing)

- Low reps (1-5)
- Heavy Sets
- Prioritize compound lifts

- Different combatives (punches, hammer fists, palm strikes, Elbows
