Kelly supports teens and adults in their desire to live into their authentic selves, and develop meaningful and life giving relationships. She does this by carefully listening to client's life story and everyday experiences, helps clients explore their personal core values, and collaboratively comes up with practical ways they can live their lives in a way that is congruent with their true selves and who they want to be.
Kelly has work with adults and teens experiencing depression, anxiety, loss and grief, trauma, relationship issues, spiritual issues, low self-esteem, and life transitions. She is also certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy, an evidence based therapy that helps people heal from past trauma and overcome PTSD.
Working with people as a counselor/therapist is one of Kelly's biggest passions. She cares deeply about providing a safe space where people can explore who they are, gain understanding about what they are dealing with, and work towards fulfilling their greatest potential.
