I could go on and on about how amazing and talented Kjeld is but I'll try and keep this brief. We used Kjeld for our wedding a little over 3 years ago and were blown away by his personality and ability to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. .then came the photographs. The emotion he is able to capture is unlike anything I have ever seen. Raw, real and brings you right back to the moment! Since having our son a year and a half ago we have done an annual fall photo shoot with him and it just so happens he is amazing with children as well! Bottom line: Our photos contain a number of breathtaking photos;
a mix of artistic photos with candid action shots that truly captured our wedding day. I can’t tell you how many guests and family members that have gone out of their way to tell us how exceptional our wedding photos came out. We highly recommend Kjeld and Melissa!
Kjeld and Melissa were great. From the pre-wedding meetings through to the post event picture review the Mahoneys were professional and courteous. On our wedding day, they were flexible with our schedule and unobtrusive – half the time we didn’t even realize that there was a photographer in the room. We advise writing up a must-shoot-list if that is important to you; we did not make a shoot list and the Mahoneys still managed to get 99% of the shots we wanted. It was also great to have two photographers shooting at the same time; it allowed the Mahoneys to capture multiple angles of the ceremony and reception without missing a beat. We are exceptionally happy with the outcome of our photos. Even those pictures that were great in concept but didn’t work out perfectly, Kjeld was able to edit with some photoshop magic, removing people from backgrounds, altering contrast levels, and even correcting wind blown hair and dresses. Overall we were very pleased with outcome of our wedding photos. If having gorgeous photos to cherish forever is a top priority for you, we would recommend choosing Kjeld and Melissa. We are so happy we did!
