Susan prepared a lovely selection for a company Christmas party I through for employees, and then came back one week later with brunch for my family's Christmas Eve gathering.
She is extremely professional, creative with options which are all spectacular, and even prepared gluten-free servings for someone who is gluten sensitive! They were as good as the gluten options.
I will contact Chef Susan for the next gathering/celebration/party. The planning, prep, set-up/presentation and final product can't be beat!

Our Christmas Gathering was a hit! Thanks to Chef Susan’s delicious trays of food! Absolutely awesome! My guest ate throughout the entire evening.
She helped me with my choices and the quantity I would need for the amount and ages of my guest which was a huge help because being it was my 1st time catering food I had no idea how much and what type of foods would fill little and big stomachs. The food was delicious and so convenient to serve, from the arrangement to the cleanup! I didn’t have to do anything and because of that I could mingle with my guest! Chef Susan and her team came in and did all the set up so beautifully! I will definitely have her feed my guest for the next gathering and highly recommend her for your family event or Business events.

We had Kitchen Ten cater our wedding rehearsal dinner. Chef Susan was amazing, she guided us through different options by asking questions and really getting to know us and who would be attending our event.
The pre-event contact was great to review any final questions or changes and day of everything went so well. The food was delicious, beautiful presentation, and professional staff.
We would definitely recommend Kitchen Ten and consider them for future events!

She even accommodated a last minute idea I had to have cake pops instead of cupcakes, which she'd never made before, yet were perfect...especially the carrot cake ones! Looking to ring in 2023 at our house, we contracted with Chef Susan to start our NYE evening off right. She arrived about 2 hours before the guests to start preparing the food and the table.
She created an amazing, huge centerpiece made of fresh flowers and greenery. She also set the table using our china, silverware, and stemware, but had we not had any, she would have been able to provide it. The evening started with a welcome cocktail and prepared appetizers for the guests. After the cocktail hour, we moved into the dining room and were served our course dinner. The food was delicious. Two of our guests had special requests and Chef Susan was able to accommodate, including creating a separate dish for one of them. There were no issues at all in communicating with Chef Susan in planning the evening. She has an endless recipe book and was very helpful in making suggestions for the different courses. After the fact, one person in our group indicated that they would have enjoyed it if Chef Susan would have come out and talked about each dish/course. I am sure Chef Susan would have if we had asked before the fact. The only negative to the evening was that our main dish was supposed to be served with potatoes and a vegetable. Unfortunately, she forgot to bring the potatoes. We were all so stuffed from the HUGE meal that it really did not matter.
As a side note, prior to our meal, we visited Chef Susan at a local brewery on a night when she was serving paninis and some apps. The food she served there was also excellent. We will certainly be searching for her the next weekend that we plan to support our local microbreweries.

What’s your signature dish?
We are known for our KT Vodka Marinara, Teriyaki Meatballs, KT Deviled Eggs and Baked Potato Bisque. We always laugh when a conversation starts with, "Whatever we plan, you have to include . . . " whether it fits in with the rest of the menu or not, we always make it work so they get their 'favorite'.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We ask a whole of questions to make sure all details are covered for each event, no detail is too small or insignificant. Then we always leave the door open for questions and adjustments that may have to be made down the road. It is your event and it is our goal to make sure it is exactly what you envisioned.
What do you love most about your job?
George Burns at age 90 once was quoted, "Do what you love for a living and you will never work a day in your life". I have never really 'worked' a single day in school or in our business because it truly is a labor of love and passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew from the beginning that in order to maintain the highest level of great food, really good customer service and reliability, there was never a question of having or trusting anyone else with our food. No company or 'management' was going to have a say in making sure our clients received only the very best we offered, so it was a no-brainer, we would do it ourselves and did!

For public events, we are fully masked and are constantly cleaning and keeping all surfaces clean as we service our events.

KT Dinners
Our home delivery service, KT Dinners can feed you and/or your family all week long with good wholesome food. Menus are done once a month, items only repeat every 8 to 12 weeks apart so lots of fresh exciting dishes for you to enjoy. Each dinner is well-balanced featuring proteins, vegetables, starches, side salads, homemade dressings and fresh homemade rolls. Delivered in disposable boxes that you can reheat in if needed.
