The Kitchen Finesser team has done 2 events for my office and 3 events in my home.
I feel like they are apart of our family and the go above and beyond everytime. They even remembered my sons birthday and dropped off brownies for them a week after the event.

The wedding event has not taken place yet, as it is scheduled for November 11, 2021. So, at this point I can only speak to the booking process. The process has been smooth, with good response time to gather information and to actually book the service. My interaction with Chef Onye has been favorable and she answered all of questions with satisfaction and professionalism. She was able to custom tailor the menu, per my request, while working with my budget. I am looking forward to working with her team of Chefs and anticipate a positive experience. A tremendous THANK YOU and job SO VERY WELL DONE executing our celebration yesterday afternoon.  You and your staff were highly organized and effectively delivered on a very tight (and shrinking) timeline, all the while maintaining your cool and focus. We are known for our Caribbien Short Ribs. Marinated over night & braised. Slow cooked until tender

I start with asking clients thier vision for the event! We love customizing menu

My clients! Being able to assist my clients to make thier celebrations special is so amazing. I truly feel like I am in the position to impact people in a positive way
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a fine dining server and corporate trainer for over 14 years, working in multimillon dollar resturaunts like Ruth Chris Steakhouse, The Capitol Grille, The Cheesecake Factory, and The Cosmopolitian of Las Vegas just to name a few. I took my Front of the house knowledge and went to culinary school to learn more about the industry. I relocated back to Houston and grew my business with adding Chef Ray & Chef Webster to my team!
