What’s your signature dish?
24-hour marinated chipotle chicken, on top of a fluffy bed of cilantro-lime rice, fajita veggies, sauteed onions with beans and Tapatio hot sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and garlic aioli to top it off. (Optionally the fajita veggies can be sauteed in bacon fat and bacon bits in the beans)
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Creating a menu item that currently does not exist on the current menu is very possible and anything can be made to tailor to your specific event. The Menu Items you see now are the Chef's favorite to make
What do you love most about your job?
Absolutely everything. Ever since 5 years old always helping in the kitchen and being fascinated by food. When it comes to Culinary Arts, I love everything from experimenting with dishes, to filling up people's stomachs, to brainstorming restaurant concepts
