The many times I've had the pleasure of being served food (food is too simple a word for what Chef VanKline) I've been overjoyed with the look and taste of everything she's ever made.
She catered my 50th birthday weekend a few years ago and my guests are still talking about her meals and drinks. I've also eaten at every restaurant she has owned or cooked at and she never disappoints.

What’s your signature dish?
I do not have a signature dish because I have several so it’s hard to choose. My passion is cooking with love that your palate can taste in every dish I create. I am huge on presentation because we eat with our eyes first.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I love getting to know my clients and hearing all about their events, this allows me to be creative and present a menu that speaks to them and their guest.
What do you love most about your job?
Cooking is truly my passion and love creating the perfect menu for my clients whether it be their wedding, milestone birthday, baby shower, graduation, or just a girls night in.

Clients should chose me because I am professionally trained and understand all the requirements it takes to make an event successful. I am a true professional who understands time management, as well as letting my clients enjoy their events and leave everything else up to me and my staff.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During covid - 19 my staff and I practiced social distancing, wore mask and made sure everything was cleaned and sanitized.
