What do you get your mom for her 70 th Birthday? Of course, a picture of her children taken by Kim Jew Photography!!!! Justin shot the shoot of my sibling’s and I over an hour and a half. He made us feel like rock stars so we were ready with our best smiles!!! At the photo viewing session the photographs were reflective of our best selves and high quality. The friendly staff guided us through weeding down the selection until the best photos were found. The price list was easy to use and select from. Kim Jew remains the top photographer in New Mexico! Our entire experience from beginning to end was incredible. In the studio, Justin and his assistant put us all at ease and spent all the time necessary to insure we got the style of pictures we wanted. When we went back to look at our portraits, Edris was very patient as we narrowed the portraits down to the ones we liked best. Kim is an amazing photographer. She's very talented when it comes to accomplishing that special look. I am a model for City Management in SF and have been around many photographers and none of them could have compared. She has a great character and keeps the shoot fun. One thing I really noticed was her ability to guide myself into the perfect angle needed. In other words she doesn't make you look like a robot which I like lol. I needed a professional head shot and had been dragging my feet for a few years.  I didn't know what to expect from Kim Jew (or a photo session in general) but jumped in taking some of the reviews with a grain of salt.  This was one of the best business decisions I have ever made!  He took several pictures (I was hoping my eyes would be open in at least one!)  He knows exactly what he is doing and made me feel very comfortable doing something that can feel somewhat awkward.  We went through surviving pics together and narrowed down to one I am very happy with.  My appointment took ~60 minutes.  The cost was worth every cent. I love the fantastic artists portfolios you do. We have not had a professional family pictures done in about 10 or more years. I worked with Anthony at the base in Albuquerque for a few years while I was in highschool. The last time I talked to him he was working with you, it would be nice to see him if he is still woking wth you. My son was approached by a scout from the Ford modelingAgency, and askd if he had a portfolio, which he had one small one from high school. But with your help I know he would take off out of this wold. Hopefully we will be blessed with this wonderful opportunity! ! More...

Loved the photos taken! The photographer was awesome with the grandchild! I was surprised at the sitting price, very reasonable. The portrait price was supposed to be 50% off as a special. I guess 50% off 2000 is reasonable if your a movie star or a politician and can use it as a tax write off. I was surprised I couldn't reasonably print duplicates or get a sheet of 3x5 to share with other family members. The photos are a snapshot in time and I will appreciate every penny spent. More...

One word.....Amazing! We've had several sessions at Kim Jew's. My first was 10 years ago for my eldest son. Outstanding job! Our current experience was for my 18 year old baby's Senior pictures. We were fortunate enough to have Matt Foster as his photographer. He did an outstanding job! I had an extremely hard time choosing the right one, if was difficult as all were the "right" ones. After many picks and $$$ I got the right ones! Love them all!!!!

Our second session was with Justin Jew. What an amazing photographer! We had a blast and enjoyed Justin and his ability to capture the true us.? Once again, had a hard time choosing the right one". My experience with Kim Jew has been incredible. Having the workers be open enough to meet me at the most meaningful place to me, Valle de Oro NWR (which isn’t exactly close), at sunrise meant the world to me. It was before regular hours and I was running late and my photographer was extremely patient with me and even dealt with the cold. She was excited for the adventure which was really nice of her and was even okay getting close up with owls and hawks! I’m not great at modeling, but my photographer was extremely personable and made me feel very comfortable getting me to laugh quite a few times which made my pictures come out more natural. The atmosphere of this place is amazing his staff is so friendly and accommodating. Kim Jew is one of a kind he is funny and makes the session fun his jokes are the best part. Kim Jew is phenomenal. Portrait photography is not easy but he makes the whole experience pleasant, fun, and satisfying. I went to him for professional headshots and am glad I did. I'm more than satisfied with the final product. Ignore the whiners who complain about the fee. We all need to get paid for the work we do. And, as with most things in life, you get what you pay for. I have had three sessions with Kim Jew and have loved the results each and every time. The last session I had to reschedule and the office staff was very accommodating to my need to change the time and date. My husband and I wanted to have photos of us with our two dogs. The photographer - Justin - suggested we go to the Bosque to do the shoot. The fall colors were amazing and provided a beautiful back drop. Justin was able to get great individual stand alone shots of our dogs. They are a handful and he handled them well. From the pictures they look beautiful and calm. We will treasure these shots. and when we came to re view the photos Zazz did a great presentation. The way she showed us the pictures made is easy to narrow down to the ones we loved the best. Of course we wish we could have them all, but we love the ones we chose. The slide show presentation, and then the narrowing process was done in a way that made it easy for us to choose. Great customer service!! Jazz was extremely gracious and helpful to us, agreeing to come in on her day off to photograph my busy, tough-to-gather family. I was concerned about price to begin with, but the Corrales studio put together a package that I felt gave me good value. My mother celebrates her 80th this year and wanted professional photos to capture her with us. Our family session of five may seem like a small number but it had its challenges. Justin did a wonderful job handling my mother’s needs gently and professionally. The photos were impressive! Justin captured my mother’s personality as though he had known her all his life. The older my mother gets the more valuable I view her photos. Not only are the photography session top notch but also the photo review session.
