Keto fitness coaching, this is a great way to loose weight, and feel great!

I've never felt compelled to write a review for a product or service, but today that has changed. I feel obligated to write this review because I know sometimes people need a push, hearing from someone who's going through it might be the best motivation. If only one person reads this and gets motivated enough to start getting healthy, then my job is done! A person could spend eternity scouring the internet for health, diet, and exercise advice, the results will vary greatly, and the person might give up out of sheer frustration. Having a coach is a no-brainer, in my opinion. My Keto coach is in constant contact; he helps me stay on track with daily food intake and exercise. He overseas my weekly measurements, which helps us keep an eye on the big picture and achieve the goals that we set at the beginning of this journey. Working with my Keto coach Julian, I've learned exactly what my body needs to be healthy, it's pretty scientific stuff to be honest with you, but he provides endless literature to go along with his instruction. The important thing is that he's always providing resources that back up the principles of what he teaches as well as encourages independent research. If I have a question, he won't simply answer it, he's very descriptive and provides examples as well as homework to further my understanding. I began working with Julian on 6/21/19 and today 7/22/19 I can say that I am feeling better than ever, I feel like I've shed half a person... I learned that a Ketogenic Diet is not all about "weight" it's about health, and controlling what foods we eat in a very systematic way. I've lost about 20 pounds, 5 inches on my waist, 4 percent body fat, and gained 2 pounds of muscle. I am only a month in and we've almost hit all of my "6 month goals" that we set at the beginning of my keto journey!!! More...

I had the great privilege to work with Julian last summer while I was dealing with several health challenges. He is highly knowledgeable in the field of health and nutrition. He really takes the time to listen with care and compassion and helped me greatly taking back the reigns on my health. I can't recommend his services highly enough! More...

We as humans are wired to eat, and without proper nutrition, especially given the majority of us eat SAD (standard American diet) which is rich in sugar, carbohydrates and processed foods, we are prone to all the diseases which were very rare or non-existent such as diabetes, cancer, hypertension, strokes, heart attacks and what not.
Eating incorrectly also blocks our hormones, for example someone who eats a lot of carbohydrate is not able to say when exactly they are hungry or satiated, since sugar blocks these signals.
With proper nutrition and related education we can all feel better, look better and LIVE LONGER.
