I don't know where I would be in my life without the wonderful guidance, direction and bond that I have with Karen Jones. Karen makes it so easy to discuss the most intimate things in my life . She welcomes you into a safe space where trust is built quickly and has no judgement. She genuinely cares for people and is invested in helping people find peace and happiness. I was so hesistitant and scared to start therapy because it was something I had never done .I talked with Mollie and she was so upbeat and happy that I knew this was the place for me . Mollie helped me figure out all the insurance and set up times for weeks with my therapist . She was amazing . She went so above and beyond to help me . For that , I am grateful . Now let me rave about Sue. I was so broken and damaged when I first started . She helped me know that crying is ok and you just have to let it out . Sue is fantastic . I can not say that enough . She makes me laugh and cry all in the hour we have together. I am excited about my sessions and coming back the next week . She really has been life changing for me! More...

Keri Powell therapy is the only group I recommend to those seeking counseling. The therapists and office staff are extremely conscious about privacy. The quality and compassion of the therapists themselves is outstanding. I have received amazing insight and guidance through very challenging times from therapists here. I have been going to see Karen Jones for what feels like a lifetime, in reality has probably been about 6 months or so. She feels like a long lost friend. I feel super comfortable talking to her and I don’t feel judged in the slightest. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful. I have walked out of the office after my sessions feeling like I have a smile on my face after getting some things off my chest or as if I have an idea of some ways to handle my issues. I started going to Keri Powell therapy during a tumultuous time in my life more than five years ago. My counselor, Karen Jones, was absolutely amazing. She had healthy goals for me to work towards with realistic steps and a timeline that we worked out together. My life is so blessed right now in part due to her counsel. At this time, I stop in every so often for a counseling tune up and check in. She remembers the details of all of the past sessions so there is little wasted time catching up. She's always punctual with her sessions and closes the feedback loop prior to ending a session with me. I have nothing but rave reviews for her and other staff at Keri Powell therapy. More...

I've been seeing a therapist at Keri Powell Therapy for approximately 2 years. I have never had an issue with the receptionists, any of the other practice staff and I absolutely LOVE my therapist. Therapy is a very challenging undertaking because a professional therapist is not going to tell you what to do or how to do it. I have been going to Keri Powell Therapy since October 2017. I had a personal injury that forced me to withdraw from college and quit my job. I also had an immediate family member dying from cancer. I was severely depressed and barely had the will and strength to get out of bed. I called Keri Powell Therapy as a last hope because at the time I didn't believe therapist could help me. I was able to see Jessica Wiley, the next day, if I remember correctly, and I have been seeing her ever since. I normally have a hard time connecting with people but I feel comfortable enough to tell Jessica anything and everything without judgment. She has helped me through the worst points in my life and has helped me heal. I am so grateful to her and I consider her a friend. I see her every week and hope to for a very long time. I went to KPT starting back in 2014 and saw Keri herself. Adored her, and she helped me through some of the craziest transitions I had going on in my life at the time. A few years later I resumed care  and Keri was no longer seeing patients. She referred me to Kelly, and she is absolutely one of the sweetest, most caring, gentle people I've ever talked to in general. I always felt warm and welcome going there (which I understand it can be an intimidating place to sit in a waiting room!). They were ALWAYS prompt on time and if I had schedule changes they were always very easy to deal with to work around my schedule to make sure I got in when I needed. They even made it easy for me to transition with insurance changes. Unfortunately I live in another state now so I can't continue coming there but I would recommend KPT (especially Kelly!) to anyone in need of someone. More...

I have been attending sessions at Keri Powell Therapy for almost two years. It literally has been a life changing experience for me. I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for the incredible, eye-opening journey that my therapist Kelly Fein has guided me through thus far. I honestly leave every session feeling as if a light bulb has gone off in my head and I know exactly what I can work on the minute I leave. Aside from my amazing therapist, everyone else I encounter in the office is beyond terrific. I found this when I was at one of the lowest points in my life. In completing therapy here I have completely turned my life around! I have been attending sessions at Keri Powell Therapy for nearly 4 years. I found improvement quickly, but new issues always arise for me. My therapist Karen Jones gets me through all of them, and 2018 has been no exception. Lots of new challenges this year have tried to drag me down, but Karen has known just how to handle them, most especially knowing when it was time for me to buckle down and tackle the real issues instead of allowing me to just hide from them. Also, in these 4 years, I've never had a bad experience with the front office, and it's been great to feel welcomed there every time I come in. Often times I get the opportunity to work with people who need help. The kind of help where helping themselves is a mountain that seems impossible to climb. That moment they can't figure out, the one where they blame themselves or can't forgive someone or the one that loss has taken complete control and being lost seems "ordinary" or "normal."In my line of work I am not able to dive in and listen, work through and help chart a path... I have seeing my therapist here for roughly 8 years! She has become one of my strongest supporters and she is extremely laid back but professional at the same time. I wouldn't consider going to any other therapist, ever! My mother has even seen a therapist here as well and she had nothing but positive comments to say as well.
