I don't often go to Kelly's, I've been probably twice in the past 6 years, but it is a staple of the community. They have ample space inside and outside on the patio. Last I was here was for my sister's girlfriend's birthday. She liked the bluegrass music they had and we enjoyed some time on the patio. We got good service and some appetizers. I haven't eaten at Kellys Pub for over a year and decided to try it out again after not being seated or waited on at Two Fools across the street.  Kellys needs to remove the 'Pub' from their name as they are no longer brewing and if you order a beer, you get it in a can or bottle so ask for a glass if you like it that way as I do.  With that said, the special was excellent (chicken fried chicken sandwich) and so was the service.  Kelley's still has the best outdoor seating in Nob Hill. I may be a tad biased, but I have seriously never had a better buffalo cauliflower plate. Even at the multiplicity of vegetarian restaurants in town that specialize in serving such things. Those are pretty good... But they are no comparison to the dish at Kelly's. The servers and managers are all super sweet, and the chef is simply to die for.
