What do you love most about your job?
I love people and seeing my clients faces every day. It brings me great joy when I help a person to grow, change for the better, or feel happier and more confident about their situation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to coach clients on a daily basis, and to have the flexibility to raise a family. Starting my own business was the answer to that.
Why should our clients choose you?
I encourage clients to choose someone who they resonate with. If that person happens to be me, then terrific! I always encourage clients to work with a coach or counselor that they feel comfortable with - that's someone who "gets" them, is genuinely interested in their life, and who has exceptional credentials, tools to offer, and experience in the field of personal growth.

All of my services are done remotely via Zoom or phone calls.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am currently remote, so there is not risk of transmission between me and my clients. I encourage people to do what they feel is best for their bodies and their personal situation. I have gotten the vaccination myself.
Career Coaching
I have 20 years experience helping individuals brainstorm, craft, and hone exceptional cover letters and resumes. As a career coach with an Ivy League degree, I assist individuals in setting tangible goals and achieving their dreams. Specifically, I help clients brainstorm outcomes and envision specific goals, whether asking for a promotion, just entering the workforce, or making a career change. Then I give clients the tools they need to get there. I offer resume writing, narrative development, public speaking training, as well as professional, highly personalized editing services for clients who are submitting writing prompts or essays. I employ specific goal-oriented tools to help individuals making career changes build the life they want for themselves. I serve an extensive and diverse population, and welcomes diverse individuals from all walks of life.
Business Coaching
Are you starting a business or aiming to get yours to the next level? I have a degree from Yale University and a Master's degree in finance, with over 20 years experience. I've started numerous companies and helped many other individuals become highly profitable and successful in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Life Coaching
I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, develop positive habits, build healthy relationships, and manage their daily stress. Do you want to define and build the life you've always wanted? I will give you authentic and compassionate support, combined with practical cognitive tools for living your best life. I am currently earning my PsyD in Clinical and School Psychology.
College Admissions
I help high school seniors put together outstanding college applications. I help my clients write top-notch admissions essays, resumes, and applications. Applying to college can be hard! I coach students through the entire application process, helping them first to identify majors, careers, and colleges that interest them and match their skill set, while simultaneously giving clients tips for managing stress and staying calm and grounded throughout the process.
