Kay was so professional, kind, and gave us upstanding service! Our little girl woke up in the car ride over for the photo shoot and Kay had multiple tricks up her sleeve and she patiently got her back to sleep. I am so excited to say that after having a small issue in regards to my son's Senior photos being in at school that not only did Kay Brown Photography's staff go above and beyond today to help resolve it but Kay Brown, herself, just called me to follow up! I was able to see the photos, thanks to her staff and they are AMAZING! I am so impressed! Talking to Ms. Kay, I found her to be genuinely concerned about making sure the small issue had been handled and that I was happy! She was truly so sweet and her work is outstanding!
