This is my first experience with Katie’s Kennel after hearing about them through another business owner in town. I can not express how absolutely incredible this business is for us! I talked to Katie on short notice and she said she’d get back to me with some options. Within an hour she called back and gave me 2 options (Sit: which means someone comes to our home and takes care of the pups) or (Stay: which means our dogs go to one of her teams home). We chose Stay since Cheyenne also had a frenchie and lived just a few miles away. They were more than helpful, up front expectations, got their records and payment handled promptly. Then comes the best part. The service was phenomenal. Cheyenne gave us updates via text including photos, videos and even took our dogs to BarK, of which they are very familiar with as we go there often. I have experience with several dog sitting places in town but this is nothing to be compared with those. This is another league! The dogs are rested, exercised, happy and well taken care of. My anxiety from seeing them at other places is gone as I travel often and I know they are handled 100%. I could not recommend this place more. Worth every dollar. Katie's Kennel is the ONLY place we trust with our German Shepherd mix while we are out of town. We deal with some separation anxiety but Katie and team make our dog feel at home. We get multiple daily updates. Katie and team also walk a few of our friends' dogs who are on the stronger side and are able to take them on nice long strolls, which is just what they are yearning for. Katie and her team are always so sweet! They always accommodate with eagerness and appreciation! My pup loves slumber parties with them! I can’t say enough good things! What I love most is their prompt updates and photos of my babes! I can always trust she is in good hands! I’ve had my dog stay over twice, both full weekends and have had her walked by them as well. Highly recommend! I couldn't be happier - we left town for a couple of nights and Katie and Stephanie came to walk and feed our dogs, one of whom usually goes on a hunger and potty strike, not with Katie or Stephanie - they both ate, walked and pottied like champs! Pictures and updates were sent with every visit, so I knew both my fur babies were being well cared for! I will definitely without hesitation be using Katie's Kennel again in the future!! More...

Katie is great! She took care of our border collie, Stinson, on our wedding day. Our pup had to be a part of our wedding, but our venue didn’t allow him to have free reign while on the premises. Katie kept the Best Pup of Honor company all day, and kept him entertained and walked throughout the day since border collies are so high energy. Katie is SO awesome! It’s like my puppy has a second mom! Recently we went out of town and had Katie take care of our 4 month old lily for a whole week and she was so excellent. Every morning we woke up to multiple updates and pictures throughout the day! Lily had such a great time and not once was I worried. It is apparent how much Katie loves dogs and loves her work. She understands how hard it is to leave our pets and steps right in to give them the care and attention they're used to. My dog, Kirby, is extremely wary of strangers. I only had a very small circle who could watch her in my absence. Labor Day forced me to reach outside my circle. I appreciate Katie for taking on the job, knowing Kirby wouldn't be easy. Katie managed to earn her trust within a day with her patience and understanding of Kirby's fears. Katie went above and beyond to make my wedding day special. I couldn’t imagine my wedding without my sidekick, Bella as the flower girl. Katie went above and beyond all expectations. She attended rehearsal to ensure she would get Bella where she needed to be in the big day without even asking her to. She also picked Bella up from my house on the day of the wedding, dressed her up in her tutu, ensured all drool was taken care of and she looked perfect and then of course released her to walk down the aisle and took her back home. I didn’t even have to worry one bit about my baby being in good hands and Bella had a blast. She was smiling the whole time and was a huge hit at the wedding. I cannot thank you enough Katie for making my wedding day complete. I didn’t have to rely on a family member to miss out on the wedding for Bella or to worry about getting her to and from the chapel.
