I could go on and on about how wonderful Katie is as a photographer and as a human! Katie photographed my wedding in 2018 (this review is long overdue! ) and looking back on our photos, I can still say hiring her as our photographer was one of the best decisions we made! Katie not only takes gorgeous photos that capture raw, real emotion, but she also goes above and beyond normal photographer duties to serve her clients - and this is what makes her stand out from other photographers. On my wedding day, when I asked her if she could go to my apartment to get my wedding dress since I was running late to the salon, she said yes without hesitation. There are so many other examples of ways she served us on our wedding day that I could share - it was truly a blessing having her be a part of our day. Katie is able to balance being warm, fun, and down to earth while also being professional and taking her job very seriously. She genuinely wants to produce the best photos possible for her clients, and she delivers on this! I would recommend Katie to ANYONE! If you're reading this review because you're trying to decide whether or not you want to work with Katie, let me save you a ton of time by saying, DO IT! We couldn't be happier with the entire experience of working with her. From the very start she was so kind and welcoming, and willing to help with any of the planning process. With Katie being from PNW, and me living in NYC, (but planning a Florida wedding) we never even met in person until the morning of the wedding. None of that mattered though, as soon as she showed up. Everyone got along immediately, and the entire day she made us feel at ease, and have a great time while getting our photos taken. I was even more impressed when all my friends and family kept making comments at how wonderful Katie was. She got our photos to us so quickly, and they are BEAUTIFUL! They are exactly what we imagined and everything we hoped for. And as another creative I can be really picky, but she exceeded my expectations. She was almost unseen and yet the photos feel so close and intimate. We can't thank her enough for capturing the most important day of our lives so perfectly. More...

Words can not describe how AMAZING Katie did with our destination wedding photos! She was so easy to work with and right on top of things the whole day. We didn’t meet in person until the day of the wedding! I was instantly comfortable around her because she’s so bubbly and sweet!! Our photos are so beautiful. I’ve gotten SO many compliments from people commenting on how well she did! Not to mention that all my guests thought she was wonderful too! So wonderful to work with. We had Katie do our family pictures. Our baby was cold, hungry and not very cheerful. She was so patient with him and went above and beyond to get him to smile. Our pictures turned out amazing. Highly highly recommend. More...
