From beginning to end, I was impressed with Chef J. She was very professional and extremely nice. I used Chef J. for brunch for my husband's 50th birthday and she did not disappoint. Her staff was professional, her setup was beautiful and now for the best part....her food was phenomenal! The Mushroom Quiche was to die for, but the ribs stole the show.
