I take clients dietary needs and their vision to the next level. I like to broaden pallets and work tirelessly to create specialized menus to suit the event.
What do you love most about your job?
The joy I see in a satisfied guest! From concept to execution this is my passion. I built my clientele with satisfied bellies!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I truly enjoy feeding people. There is such great satisfaction for me when a client and their guests are delighted, happy & full.
