My wife and I have been taking our maltese here for a bit and they have been great with her. We're always anxious to leave our 'family member' with anyone and just want our dog to be treated right. 1st time there, we want our dog, Captain Morgan, to get used to being around other dogs. They said he tested very good. I love bringing my cats here. The staff are attentive to each cat's needs. The "Kitty Condos are spacious, even for two cats sharing one condo. Good competitive pricing as well.

We bring our goldendoodle Ruby here several days a week and keep her here during our trips. The staff is very friendly and take great care of her. Ruby gets excited when she realizes she is coming here. She needs her own special food for her diet which the staff feeds her. Also they give her meds for anxiety she needs. You can monitor your pet online during the day. We visited many different places while choosing where to lodge her. Karnik Pet Lodge is by far the best. We thank them for their care of Ruby. More...

I have never left my puppy anywhere other than with friends and family. Karnik did an amazing job keeping my puppy safe and entertained while I was gone. I went in once and the next time I went in they already knew who my puppy was by name before I said anything! You can call to check up as well as look at their cameras to see how they’re doing. I do recommend leaving your puppers there a couple times before doing the overnight so they can get better acclimated. Definitely will be coming back both for daycare and boarding! More...

Picked up for someone and staff was excellent. The poor staff though, I feel for them. While I was there a rude costumer came and was all but bat sh*t crazy bout her pets needs. Not taking time to recognize that there was a child with me she proceeded too curse the help and make absurd request, all while this employee stayed composed. Good place I guess? I can not say enough good things about Karnik Pet Lodge!! The staff were so friendly & helpful!! The staff that I had contact with were NOT intimidated at all by my Big Shepherds. The staff took the Alpha role right away. The staff took charge right away with my strong willed 105lb 3yr old male !!! I would recommend this facility in a heartbeat ❤️!!! They might be a little pricey, BUT THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! Awesome job goes out to the Staff!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF MY FURRY KIDS!! We needed to get a same day reservation for our 2 dogs for 5 days. It was our first time ever going there. They were very accommodating and friendly. The facility was nice looking and they had plenty of room. When we picked the dogs up and brought them home, they were exhausted so they must have had a good time. Very kind staff and my dog is always happy to be there! The only thing that makes me sometimes question returning is once I was guilted terribly about not paying extra for our dog to have playtime during his 3 night stay. We love our boy and I understand but if they're more concerned about the dogs and not just making money, they could lower playtime prices. I know we're in Ann Arbor but not everyone has the 'Ann Arbor means' and it was very stressful to continue to say no without saying "Our family just can't afford that". More...

They take amazing care of our dogs whenever we are away. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Our dogs get so excited to see them! One of our dogs had a medical emergency while at boarding and they handled it better than we could have anticipated and took great care of him so we did not have to come home early to care for him. We have been using Karnik for the past couple of months and have had great experiences. We've done overnight boarding as well as daycare and love the attention, care, and personal connections staff have with each animal. The pet cams are awesome and the themed parties show just how much staff care about making Karnik a fun place for all animals.
