My 2 dogs were so happy at Karens K-9 while we were away for 1 week. I was nervous especially for German Shepherd because it was her first time for boarding but she was so comfortable from first minute. Thank you so much to a staff . They’re fine, and can always take your dog which is good if you’re in a pinch. Downside is that it can get a little cramped and not as much running around room for the dogs compared to other places I think; but my dog was always happy to arrive and tired in the evening. More...

Love these guys! All of the workers are great.. you see the same faces when you go.. Steve and the other regulars take great care of our two big dogs whether it is daycare, boarding, or grooming. We have been coming here for years.. our one dog is getting older but still wants to be a puppy and they pay attention to him making sure he takes breaks once in a while as to not overdo it.. the other one had horrible separation anxiety and the socialization has helped her a ton.. they are always happy to be dropped off which makes us happy too. Christmas cards with my pups on them as well? This place is the best. And it is affordable too! Would highly recommend. More...

One of the few places that will board my Doberman, even though he is trained, obedient and has never had aggression issues. He loves going there and I have never had any issues with staff or other boarders. A quick phone call is all that is required to confirm boarding. More...

An amazing place to bring your pups. My dog Keanu loves it here. We used to live in West Chester so it was really close but now we're in Norristown. At first I was thinking about finding a place closer to us but Keanu just loves going here so much, it's worth the drive. They always take such good care of him and they're always excited to see him! Karen's was so helpful right from the start! We had to find a kennel last minute for a long holiday trip and they were more than willing to accommodate three dogs on short notice. They were by far the best price we received and the dogs could play all day long. Other kennels charge for play time...? I wouldn't even consider going somewhere else. On top of everything they reassured us when we called to see how the dogs were doing and were willing to talk. Karen's was super helpful and friendly, a true picture of customer service. Thank you! Never been there for anything else, but love Karen's for grooming! I was taking my 2 lb long coat maltese to my vet's office all the way up in Lancaster County to be groomed since she was previously cut at PetCo and required an emergency trip to VRC Malvern for 6 stitches. When I asked the groomer at my vet's office for a different day, she told me that she's only there 2 days per week, but works at some other place "WAY out in Malvern". Ha! Turns out that other place is Karen's... literally a stone's throw away from my own business. I now take Pixel there every Friday. Prices are so wonderful that it's not even worth it to bathe her myself anymore, and Jackie does such a great job with my tiny girl! I highly recommend Jackie and am glad to have found her! More...
