Seriously the best gumbo I’ve ever had. I promise you won’t be disappointed. My husband loves it too but he’s allergic to seafood so he can only have 1 or 2 bites, it kills him every time that he can’t have more.

When I tell y’all Kara Kimble-Williams just blessed my whole life today with her New Orleans Cajun cuisine. This food made me feel like I was back in Nola on Bourbon street living my best life! What’s your signature dish?
I would definitely have to include anything that is Cajun or Creole. One item that is always a hit is my Seafood Gumbo.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to provide options that not only feed the body, but the spirit as well.
What do you love most about your job?
The thing that I love the most is sharing my love of food with everyone. I grew up on most of these "feel good" dishes, and just want to share.
What inspired you to start your own business?
This all started in the Windy City (Chicago). I would sell plates and cater different parties, but then life happened. When we moved to Texas, I would often entertain and cook BIG feasts for friends and family. I was often told “Girl, you need to open a restaurant”, and now ten baby steps later, I’m stepping out on faith and doing what I love, which is making folks happy to eat well and ENJOY!
