I designed KaPow Ultimate Fitness to be an enjoyable Personal training experience for those trying to improve their over all quality of life and feel all around better about themselves. I use techniques backed by years of research on how to find what exact work out an individual needs to do.

We searched around a bit to find Kaleb. With the world turning to crap, we knew we needed some self-defense training and we needed it now. Therefore, some real adjustments in our lifestyle were needed. With Kaleb it was a natural progression. We started with small moves and exercises. As time went by the moves were tied together and the exercises became more intense. Now our balance is amazing. We are more fit than we have been in many years. My wife is down 20 lbs. Our confidence when out on the street has changed. It’s funny how you review the moves you would make as you move along. This is real training for someone who wants to feel better, younger, and more confident. We are extremely busy people. I can’t say I am happy when I know he will be arriving soon. However, when I am laying on the floor as he is walking out the door - I am tired and so happy we have made this choice and completed another work out. More...

I aim not only to help my clients achieve their fitness goals but also achieve more out of their lives. I help set forth specific goals for my clients that are both long and short term. I find this helps give purpose to their work which not only keeps them consistent but also motivated.

I love motivating people. i love the satisfaction i get seeing someone i taught start to believe in themselves. People go so long in their lives feeling crumby and not having that confidence that they should have. Ultimately it comes down to your willingness to make a change and put in the work. For me I love adding that little spark every now and then to keep that fire growing and that will eventually make that individual dig deep and find something more with in.

I feel the fitness world is a bit confusing even for the professionals. I want to put my own special touch on a exercise program that is designed specifically for that individuals needs. We are all born different, grow differently, and have a verity of repetitious movements that are again different to the individual. Therefor the exercise for that individual should be tailored for the individuals needs and that's what i aim to achieve.
