I highly recommend Kaci NY Corp for all your renovations. I interviewed 6 different contractors and Kaci was the most well prepared with material samples, photos and suggestions. Kaci worked with me to create exciting new room experiences for reasonable prices. Kaci suggested multiple tile, wood and paint vendors, went through the cost and benefits of all options and even assisted with delivery of materials. I was increasingly impressed with Kaci's skill at creating complex designs with bathroom tiles and wooden saddles. Kaci passed many cost benefits to me from his relationship with vendors. Kaci was an active manager that was available to review and direct work on site. Kaci has all required insurance materials to satisfy coop and condo boards and his team is extremely clean and respectable regarding work guidelines and business hours.
