I meant to post this before now, but last year my family and I went to southern Florida to visit my significant other's extended family. I was worried about bringing our dog as she doesn't do well in stressful situations or with children. We were in the house for maybe 10 minutes before she got extreme anxiety and started acting out. I researched places that could take her super last minute, but no one was open being Christmas eve. K9Spa took my phone call and offered to shelter my b aby girl for the night within an hours notice. Not only did they take her into their home, but they treated her like family and gave her a warm, stress free environment which allowed my family and I to enjoy the holidays. I wish I hadn't had to give her up in her time of need, but for the safety of everyone around especially the children, it was something that we had to do. I will be forever grateful and I would not recommend anyone else to watch your dog. Not many people would open their home to a stranger especially on Christmas! Thank you K9 Spa! More...

Highly recommended Michael for training. I have been using K9 for several years for my pit bull mix Jack Patrick. Not only to train but also have used them to board my dog for several months when I have been severely ill. Both Michael and Pamela are exceptional at what they do. Moreover, there loving care at their spa when I have picked Jack Patrick up. Don’t know what I would have done without them . We brought our 12 week old puppy to Pamela and Michael for some initial training at their grooming boutique. After only one session we decided to enroll her in the intensive two week boot camp and could not be happier with the results. Fully potty trained, walking on the leash and most importantly, she came home being trainable when it came to respecting our cats and not hurting or chasing after them. This was of utmost importance to us in a real concern because she definitely has some pitbull and Jack Russell in her breeding and wants to chase after anything that moves. Now we have a dog that cuddles with cats in bed. We also had Bessie registered as a service animal to assist with a medical condition. Our trainers made sure she could easily ride in cars trains subways and airplanes. She is a perfect passenger and also wonderful in restaurants. Once our training sessions were over, we used Pamela and Michael for daycare and overnight stays because our careers require us to need frequent pet sitting. Sadly we have moved to the northeast but will continue to visit FL for business and will always bring our Bessie back to the trainers/sitters she loves so much. More...

I have always had a five-star experience with K9 Spa. I have two Jack Russell's, and trimming their nails is like, what's that saying, trying to nail Jell-O to a wall? My Koda bear is looking PERFECT after her spa session with K9! I LOVE the attention and care they give her such as extra "baby talk" which is crucial to calming her nerves. I know not every groomer is the same but they always get to know the individual dogs and I am very pleased with the current staff. Pamela and Mike came to our house to do a one-on-one training with my 12 year old granddaughter and her new 6 month old out of control lab-mix puppy and wonders have happened!
He walks beautifully on the leash and sits and lays down on command. He's much calmer and is almost fully house trained. We are very happy with the results after just one session.
