Dr Roberts is AMAZING!! I was told to come here from my breeder for my OFA xrays and exam! So impressed by the professionalism by both Dr Roberts and her assistant! Very thorough and not only that in the first 5 minutes she knew my Blossom had an ear infection. She's a wealth of amazing knowledge and I'm interested in following up and findingOut more! The thing that really got me was how calm Blossom was with both of them! No judgement on her cropped ears and Blossom didn't growl at either of them. This really surprised me because she tends to growl at strangers. She was so secure and she walked right out of the room with no qualms. They did a fantastic jobs on the X-rays too!! WORTH EVERY DOLLARYears ago we took in Kodiak (no DNA test, but he looks like a Pit-mix) and Kenai (probably a Lab-mix) into our forever home. We would learn over the years that Kodiak was dog aggressive (only when provoked) and Kenai was semi-dog friendly. However, there have been a few “disagreements” between them; overall they get along. On the other hand, Kodiak has had a few unpleasant encounters with off-leash dogs who had irresponsible owners where the “at-large” dog ended up needing medical treatment. After researching several dog trainers in the Spokane area, we decided to go with Nick Lungu at K9 Country Club as our top choice. We took an honest look at his evaluation of our dogs and agreed with his findings- truly our dogs didn’t know the meaning of “heal”, “stay”, “no”, and “come”, but they had a general understanding of “off” and “down”. What we really want over everything else is our pets to be responsive, directable, and follow our commands.As Kodiak and Kenai are at the tail end (pun intended) of their training, we know WITHOUT ANY RESERVATION, that Nick, was the RIGHT CHOICE. As I VETTED Nick and read EVERY comment, I kept asking myself… why didn’t the clients leave MORE SPECIFIC INFORMATION? We have a very beautiful and smart German Shepard puppy who just wouldnt mind, who wouldnt stop attacking the cat and stop herding our little dog. In addition she chewed up our carpet, destroyed a couch and started to destroy our molding. We knew something had to be done!We took Ziva to K9 Country Club and put her in their board and train program. Nick assured us she would be a different dog when he was done with her. This was more than a true statement it was amazing. She heals, she stays and most important the cat and her get along and our little dog loves her. K9 staff treats my dog like their own! My dog adores going to daycare and the socialization. I love the peace of mind and the ability to see photos they post daily. Very clean facility and I love the outdoor area. My dog has been a regular for at least a year now and we are very happy with their services. A little bit more money than some other places but to me it’s worth what I pay. My german shepherd was attacked as a puppy so a little timid with bigger dogs and they seem to read her cues when she needs breaks or hang with the smaller pups. I have seen a couple mix ups with german shepherds but sometimes I can’t tell my own dog in the pictures. Totally recommend this facility for your family pet! Added a post daycare picture More...

K9 Country Club is a one-stop place for your pet right on Appleway Ave. They do grooming, veterinary care, training, and boarding all in one facility. This was our first time at K9 Country Club to get our dog up to date on vaccinations before having her enrolled in the board and train program. This review is strictly for the Dr Mom's Veterinary Services department in this facility. Dr. Roberts and her assistant were absolutely amazing with our 10YO fear-aggressive dog. From when we walked into the door from when we left we felt very comfortable. They were relaxed even when she was growling and attempting to bite through her muzzle. They did not punish her or push her away for having an accident during her appointment. Together they were able to calm our dog down to administer her vaccinations and complete her exam. You do get conflicting information depending on which receptionist you speak with, but Dr. Roberts mentioned they were still in training and she provided me with all the answers I needed about the facility and more! For this reason I have subtracted a star but this can be easily corrected with further training to be the perfect veterinary department. We have gone to other places in the past with high stress levels but Dr. Roberts and her staff were friendly and understanding. We can confidently say this was the best appointment we've had! We will be meeting with a gentleman name Nick next week in regards to her evaluation for the board and train and will review that department next! We are aware of both the negative and positive reviews regarding the training program at this facility but will see how we feel after the evaluation and make an informed decision form there. If it was anything like what we experienced today with Dr. Roberts I would be happy to enroll her! Our Puppy is currently in the Board and Train program to be a service dog for our son and we are absolutely in awe of his progress! Just an amazing experience, amazing results and great love for our pup. I took my 1 yr old Gernan Shepherd in for socialization and basic obedience training. He would go wild, barking and trying to get at other other dogs and animals. So far my dog seems to love this place. They are right down the road from me so dropping my dog off in the mornings is nice and easy. I brought my dog to K9 Country Club seeking assistance in training her to be more social, less anxious and obedient. I travel quite a bit and it was very difficult to find a sitter for her as anxious, untrusting and aggressive as she was. She spent time in the board in training program and I couldn't be happier. We had a GREAT experience at K9 Country Club! Our dog was very anxious and aggressive to anyone outside of our immediate family. We called K9 Country Club on a Sunday afternoon and they started with boarding and training our dog the very next morning. They trained and cared for our dog 7 days a week for about 7 weeks total. Nick, the owner, even took our dog to his home and nearby parks to further her socialization training. He was responsive to our needs and our dog's specific issues, and he was encouraging and positive (with us and our dog) throughout the 7 weeks. His dedication and that of the whole staff was clear after even our first visit. Our dog was very well cared for during her visit, she loved being there! She was a difficult case from the beginning, but her progress is remarkable, we're very happy with the results! I cannot day enough good things about K9. It is the only place I trust to take my dog. He goes to daycare 2-3 times a week & occasionally overnight boards. They take photos daily and post online so I can see him while I'm at work. I've never seen people who love these dogs as much as the staff at K9 do. Jimi gets excited to go & see his friends. The staff has even called to make sure he was ok after an unrelated health scare that I didn't update them on after not seeing my dog for a few weeks.
