I have been bringing my pets here since 2008 and they have always been happy and extremely well cared for. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and you can always ask for free advice about food, vets, skin care, and even training tips! Over the past 13 years, I have had four dogs board and attend daycare. My dogs have been different ages, from puppies to seniors, and they all go in and leave happy. You can choose if you want your dog to be with small dogs or big dogs. The buildings are large so there is plenty of room for my dogs to run around and play their favorite game, tag. I really appreciate the extra care my senior received during boarding - he had diarrhea so JPM provided and cooked rice at no extra charge. I also like that filtered water is available. You can tell that JPM is well run because throughout the years, the facility has had continual upgrades everywhere. Remarkably, there are still the same smiling staff that have been working here since the first day that I joined. Our boy Birch loves going to day care here. He loves it so much that he trembles with excitement on the way through the Posey tube. Great service for us humans as well, the staff greet him and instantly recognize our car when we drive up to greet us at the door on many occasions. Amazing, reliable and incredible value. This is the best place and the cheapest too. There are staff still here that have been here since the beginning! We've taken our Frenchton Whiskey to Just Pet Me since he was 11 weeks old, and he is now 2 years old! He goes on average about three times a week, and he just loves it! Whenever we arrive at the daycare, he is eager to run in and see his friends! All the employees are super friendly, and very good with dogs! They have the best hours and rates of anywhere in town! We love that we can pick him up as late as 9 pm, which is awesome if we have dinner plans. When he gets home, he falls right asleep, from a full day of play.They have 5 minute parking for drop off or pick up which is convenient, but sometimes is overly crowded during the rush hours. Whiskey is a well adjusted dog, and gets along with all dogs and people. We think its due to his many visits to Just Pet Me, where he's learned pack order, as well as how to obey and listen to people. We'll continue to take Whiskey here for many years to come! More...

My 1 year old German Shepherd loves it here. Every time I drop her off she happily goes with the staff and doesn't even look back at me. Everyone is friendly there and cares about the animals. The curbside drop off/pick up is very convenient. The hours that they are open (6am - 9pm) is great for getting into the office early or staying late and not have to worry about running out to pick up the pup. And the best thing is I bring home a dog that is tired at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Just Pet Me. It is GSD approved!! More...

Just Pet Me offers a consistent and reliable dog day care product. Our dog Finley goes there and he really enjoys it. The facility has helped us a lot because we are doing separation anxiety training with him and need a reliable dog daycare to watch him during the day so he doesn't regress. JPM takes great care of my doggy "kids!" Now I only have one dog, but when I had two, they were both given great care. My remaining dog is a senior dog who does not like to leave home. He's very comfortable at JPM, his home away from home. I travel frequently and occasionally work late. JPM has been very helpful to give me peace of mind that when I am away from Beaux for any reason, he's in good hands. Sir Sweet Pea, the pug, loves going to Just Pet Me (approx twice a week for the last year and a half). He starts whining and hopping around in his seat a block away. I forcefully tell him to settle down and he ignores me. On arrival, he is out the car like a rocket running for the front door. If he had hands, he would open the door before the car stops moving. Thankfully, he does not have hands.The prices are reasonable and the hours are spectacular - 6AM - 9PM. Great location and you can drop off your dog curbside. The staff is really impressive - very caring and customer focused. They love Sweet Pea - he was dog of the week in April 2014. Sweet Pea adores one of the managers, Sara, possibly more than his Mommy but loves the rest of the staff in a more reasonable fashion. I have to give a special shout out to Jay - who is so animated when he describes Sweet Pea's antics during that day when I pick him up. I could give a sweet anecdote about 4 other staff members but I do not know their names. On my list to remedy.I wish small/ medium dogs were segregated into a different area from the large dogs. There has never been a problem I would prefer it as long as his best friend Ringo qualifies as a medium dog. I have to travel and I have not a worry that Sweet Pea will have a great time and be safe. It does break my heart a bit when I pick him up after a trip. He is happy to see me for 15 seconds but as we are leaving, his soulful eyes get misty and he looks back wistfully at the staff telegraphing that parting is such sweet sorrow. Highly Recommend. He was one of their first customers years ago when they started and I have always been so impressed with their expertise, friendly attention to Raja, and their wonderful staff. The team at Just Pet Me loves dogs and cares about their people too. Carly, our Rhodesian/Shepherd mix, came from the SPCA at 4 months old and was a frightened, unsocialized pup. The trainers and staff at Just Pet Me helped us by giving us the tools we needed to start training and socializing her.When we ask Carly if she would like to go to doggy daycare, she wags her tail, runs to the front door and starts dancing excitedly. When we drop her off, the staff is always happy to see her and she can not get in the door fast enough. Carly comes home tuckered out from a day of playing with her friends, and is ready for a relaxing evening with the family. I am borderline neurotic when it comes to my dog. I interviewed and visited numerous day care and in-home boarding companies and never felt comfortable with any of them. Then I found JPM!They are fantastic! The facilities are clean and safe.The main outdoor courtyard where the pups play has a rubber floor like the kid's playgrounds. Trees and grass border it and there are fun, strings of lights overhead for nighttime play. Someone is with the dogs 24 hours a day. They carefully screen new clients and never take aggressive dogs.They have the best rates in the East Bay and San Francisco.They offer lots of options. 3 hour visits, day visits and overnight stays as well. They also have grooming, training and other services available.Even if you live in SF, this place is worth the drive to leave your pup for vacation. Anyway! Check it out! More...
