Brad & his team are awesome! We had 20’x40’ intermodal container that had been needing clean out for years. The stuff we stored in it was damaged due to flooding. I love our Customers. I love getting to know a little about you and what has led you in your life to need our services and how happy you are when we have completed and meet your needs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 24 years of being told how to interact with customers I wanted to interact with them on my own terms and bring the level of service I'd want to receive in return from someone offering me services. Junk Removal is a highly needed service in the community as it fills the gap between several service industries and community waste service in place.
Why should our clients choose you?
From your first interaction with my business to the last you have direct contact with me. This leads to quick decisions and problem solving should a problem arise. My dedication to your complete satisfaction is my number one goal. Many offer the same service as us, some are more expensive, some are less. NONE can match our VALUE TO YOU! They say there are 3 kinds of service you can get but you can only pick two and the one left is what you don't get; Good Service, Fast Service, and Cheap Service. Everyone wants the best deal for sure but they often don't take into consideration the value of picking the right service. The one that squeezes you in the schedule when you're in a hurry. The one that shows up on time, does what he said when he said, how he said he could do it. The one who smiles and thanks you for trusting him on your property and in your home. While I have not figured out how to just press a button and make your junk load it self in our turck. We have the next best thing on our website You can press the online booking button. We will arrive at the confirmed scheduled time and load up your junk for you. You don't even have to be there when we do it and that is pretty cool!
Junk Removal
This is our main service, while your items might not be "junk" that needs to go to a landfill. It is the term most used in the industry for items you don't want anymore. We will do all the work and remove any items you simply don't want or need anymore. We will sort and make sure items that can be donated or put to other use for more life to stay out of the landfill when possible. Most of the time this service is priced by volume/weight. There are 12 price points so you only pay for the amount of space your items take up. Our truck is = to 7-8 pick-up truck loads so our value is all the time savings to you even if you have a truck. You would have to make 7-8 trips to our 1 and you don't have to load it, burn any fuel, wash your truck after going to a muddy/stinky landfill, or risk nails in your tires.
Demolition
Sometimes large items like Sheds, above ground pools, hot tubs, playsets, treehouses and decks just become eyesores in our yards. JunkBusters is equipped to dismantle these items and let you make new use of the space. We also can do interior demos in kitchens, bathrooms, floors, carpet removal and more. Our pricing includes the removal and disposal so you're never left with a mess to clean up or look at.
Furniture Removal
While this is covered under Junk Removal it is worth noting it as a stand alone service. Whether you're just looking for a new look or your furniture has lived a good hard life. These items are often hard to move and get rid of and you don't want to be "that neighbor" who has these items on the street for weeks(or months). As a single item our furniture removal pricing is often better than bulk volume based pricing. Best of all we do all the work and you just have space ready for new use.
Appliance Removal
Is it time to update your appliances or has your refrigerator lost its cool? These are heavy/ bulky items to move. Many require more than one person to move they can easily damage floors, walls, and door frames if not moved properly. Then what do you do with it. It can't go on the curb. Our service does all the heavy lifting and transports it to a proper recycler.
Estate Cleanouts
A fact of life is dealing with the loss of a loved one. Our Team understands these are tough times for a family. We offer many solutions to help the family get through the clean out of an estate. For families every item can hold a memory and thus an emotional connection. Sometimes families get overwhelmed looking at everything that was their loved ones life. While we are sensitive to this. We can move through items quickly and efficiently. keeping an eye out for things that may be of value. Many homes can be cleared out in hours or a day when they seek our services.
Tenant Cleanout
Some tenants just leave stuff behind and some just totally trash the place. If you have rental properties you need us on speed dial! Your property isn't making you any money till you clean out the mess the last tenants left. From a few items to a total trash out we are your fast solution to get you back on track and a new tenant back in your unit.
Property Clean Up
Do you have Construction debris or illegal dumping on a property and need help with the clean up? We can offer fast service from a few items to dumpsters full. We can pick it up by hand or bring in equipment if needed. No job is too big or small.
Commercial Bulk Waste Removal
Has your waste hauler missed your normal pickup? Equipment like compactors broken down and you have trash backing up in your facility? We do emergency trash pick up to get your store, restaurant, or commercial property back up and going without all the smelly trash laying around and taking up space.
