Jules Royalty Pet Care

We needed a pet sitter for the first time and were very nervous about trying to find someone (to the point where we almost decided to drive across country with them instead! ).  However we found Jules and Julianna and when they first stopped by our dogs immediately took to them both.  Julianna stopped in three times a day to feed, water and play with our dogs.  She sent us pictures and videos everyday and it was great to see how happy our dogs were with a stranger (I was actually kind of jealous they didn't seem to be that sad we were gone...hmmm ha).  When I got home I saw that Julianna had left handwritten notes for each visit which was a nice additional touch!  Very happy to have found Jules and Julianna and look forward to using their services again if I have any more trips planned.  Thank you both! To say that my dogs absolutely love Jules isn't saying enough.  When she comes to take them for a walk they greet her just as enthusiastically as they greet me when I get home.  She walks all three dogs with different sizes and abilities and gets them to go further than I can in less time. She also gauges when one of my seniors isn't up for it or if the walk needs to be cut short.  I get an update on how everyone is feeling while I am at work and can't be with them.  We can never break-up with Jules because my lab would be absolutely devastated if his "girlfriend" stopped coming by! Jules is a lovely woman who knows her stuff! She took the time to meet our cat, Sassy before our scheduled pet sitting. I expressed how I was worried about her "darting" and she assured me that she can handle it and took a note about Sassy's darting out the door habit. I wish we were able to use her to pet sit, but due to unforeseen circumstances we happened to move apartments out of her range right before she could pet sit. She was so sweet about the situation, didn't give me a hard time about wasting her time for the meet and greet and happened to refer me to someone in my new area. Jules and her team were wonderfully caring when we hired them to look after our cat Nimbus for 2 weeks. I felt like they not only looked out for my cat with the utmost professionalism,but they also --indirectly--looked out for me. This is the first time I've ever left Nimbus with anyone other than my husband. Jules and Aubry understood my (admittedly neurotic) attachment to Nimbus and they were able to put my mind at ease for the 14 days they were in charge of my cat. They texted me pictures and updates each day --and they did so early in the day, as if they knew I'd dwell on Nimbus' well-being until I heard from them. Full disclosure:  I found Nimbus in Mexico 13 years ago when she was a kitten --and she's been my first baby ever since. I had twin human babies 8 years ago and even they know that Nimbus is the honorary first child. Everyone else might see a slightly overweight elderly gray cat with a vaguely aloof disposition who likes to sleep or work on delivering a hairball, but --to me-- she's forever a sweet, starving gray kitten who imprinted on me (and I on her) for life. I felt Jules and her team understood this bond and honored it with nothing but kindness and compassion. Nimbus must have felt appreciated and special,too: she warmed up to both Jules and Aubry--and even though she was unusually vocal when greeting us-- she just seemed enthusiastic to see us as opposed to seeming disturbed,insecure or abandoned. It goes without saying that I will trust this team with Nimbus again. In fact, I wish I felt this level of confidence and trust when I drop off my children at school or when I make an appointment for a loved one to see a doctor. I suspect the world would be a much sweeter place if all the caring professions approached their responsibilities to others with the generosity of feeling and heart of Jules and Aubry. More...

Jules took care of our two cats for 5 days while we were out of town. We hired her to stop by twice a day and everytime she did there was an update via phone with an awesome picture of the two of them. We recommend Jules very highly, and feel so lucky to have found her.  She has provided excellent care for our elderly kitties several times over the past six months, including one three week vacation. Every day, Jules texts me reassuring pictures of my kitties, with a short  message indicating all is well at home.  She even sent me a Mother's Day greeting from the kitties while we were gone in May!  Jules is so easy to communicate with; she always gets back to me promptly.  She is absolutely reliable, honest and trustworthy.  While we have been gone, Jules also brings in the mail, paper, trash, or other small chores, in addition to the cat care.  She leaves daily handwritten notes about her visits, in addition to the daily texts.  Jules is obviously an animal lover extraordinaire, and has made fast friends with my more friendly cat, often sending me adorable pictures of her petting the kitty.  We have had many pet sitters over the years, and Jules is by far the best.  She has made our recent vacations worry-free, and we recommend her to you without hesitation. I love Jules and her team! Jules is incredibly friendly and professional. I've had both Dan and Karen look after my dogs. Jules made sure I met them both beforehand and we spent time going through my dogs needs . All 3 were so great with my dogs, my dogs adore all of them, even my shy dog who usually takes a little time to warm up to people. You can tell they have a great energy and the dogs know it! I get lots of updates when I'm away, including pictures, which is always wonderful. I feel they really love and care for the dogs as much as I do. We can't recommend Jules more highly! Jules is amazing! We went out of town Memorial Day weekend and she cared for our two cats, one older, one a kitten. Our older cat needs medication twice a day and he is quite finicky. He took to Jules quite easily because she is so good with animals! Our kitten warmed up to her after a couple of days, as he is quite shy. This was the first time I ever left my 3 year old Schnoodle with a pet sitter but I can happily and comfortably say that it will not be the last. My dog loved Jules and Dan the minute he met them and so did I. Jules and Dan took the time to come over and meet Benji a few days prior to me leaving town. They took the time to help me feel at ease and answer any questions I had. I used Jules’ services for 7 overnight stays and 7 afternoons. I received daily messages and photos letting me know that Benji was doing well. It really helped put my mind at ease. I was so happy to come home and find that Benji was just as happy-go-lucky as ever. He was in excellent spirits and I instantly could tell he had a great week with Dan and Jules. Jules is excellent! She was recommended to me by a friend and I've used her several times now, with more visits on the books for this year. She has taken excellent care of my cat. I can't say enough good things about Jules. I feel completely comfortable with her coming to check on my cat. My cat is kind of shy with strangers but Jules has been so patient with her! We began using Jules Royalty Pet Care services about six months ago and have been absolutely astounded with her services.  We were in need of a daily dog walker for our American Staffordshire Terrier, Betty and were not having much luck finding anyone who would even call us back .  Jules not only responded promptly, but went out of her way to fit us into her daily schedule.  Betty has become so comfortable with Jules that we often get pictures of Betty giving her kisses or sitting right in her lap.  I also want to mention, Karen, one of Jules's walkers who also does an amazing job.  There is no question that both Jules and Karen love Betty to pieces, just as we do.  An added bonus to their service is a daily text/picture and journal entry.  I recommend Jules Royalty Pet Care without any hesitation.  They have exceeded all expectations!! Jules came recommended by another pet sitter in the area and I can see why. I've used Jules a few times now and she is wonderful! I have both a cat and a dog and they both love her as well. How do I define Jules.   Amazing is the first word that comes to mind.  Carling , loving and flexible follow it up.   While Jules and I have a set schedule for 2 days a week I call her at least once a week asking the morning of if she can help and feed my kids dinner.   She always says yes!!  I know she has other walks and scheduled clients but she always finds a way to fit my 3 fur kids in.  My dogs are my children so I am extremely picky about who cares for them.  Jules is great she brings in my mail and packages and always texts me photos or updates when she gets here and leaves.  I love her book she uses to keep me updated so I know everything that happened when I am not at home.I have a very picky and older dog who does not  like to eat when he is supposed to or when I am not home.  He has an attitude problem ;)   He eats right away for Jules every time.  This speaks volumes to me.  That means my baby (who was abused and is shy) trusts her fully.   That alone makes my heart happy.My dogs have no sense of personal space and Jules is all for it letting them climb all over her and give her love.  Which they think is the best thing ever.I have to say that without Jules I would not be passing my classes this semester she gives my "kids" the love they need and I know they are in safe capable hands and I can get my work done without worry.I would recommend her to anyone.  We just love her!! I used Jules daily for a year and she was/is amazing. So prompt, so caring and so reliable! Always got text updates on how my dogs were doing for the day. The dogs get so excited to see her! They ate a bag of bread one day off of the counter (diet gone wrong - don't really blame them but it was the best and worst day of their little lives) and she called ready to take them to the vet for me to be sure they were ok. I moved outside of her service area and I regret that she isn't closer!! I hired several others after moving and they don't even compare. If I win the lottery tomorrow I am moving her up north with me and you are all out of luck! I hope for my sake (on several levels) that happens!She is such an amazing person and phenomenal with the dogs - so caring, knowledgeable, and reliable. Glad to find a competent pet sitter for our vacation to Puerto Vallarta. Caramel has a bad nipping habit and three petsitters came over and said no, they didn't want to get bit, and didn't know if they could get in the front door since dog is protective of the house. Others were maybe, and one tough guy who could handle her, canceled last minute. Jules thought she could do it, and suggested Viber for communicating to Mexico. She sent pictures and we talked, and Jules wrote a daily log. There was enough kibble and buckets of water, just in case. Our other dog, Charlie, was more cooperative for walks.  The cat was scared, but Jules could monitor her presence with my radio collar. I could monitor Web cams and Jules  reassuring tone with the pets. So glad I didn't have to have my Caramel kenneled, as one petsitter said I would have to do! More...

Jules is AMAZING!  My girls love when she comes to take care of them! My boyfriend and I recently pulled up next to Jules at a light in PB and saw her stickers on her car for her pet service. We thought it was cute "Pet Royalty" with the dog in the crown (lol) . We are constantly in a search for a good dog walker/care taker.  We went out of town and used Jules for walks almost every day, some days 2 walks! It was so nice, she texted us pictures every time she came over, we loved it! It's always nerve racking leaving our babies, but Jules eased our minds while we were away. We are very happy with Pet Royalty and will def keep using Jules services! I can't say enough wonderful things about Jules Royalty Pet Care. Jules and Dan took care of our three fuzzy kids while we were gone for a week. We got email updates everyday and pictures of their very happy faces! We came home to happy, healthy pups that got to sleep in their own beds instead of boarded for a week. It was clear from the very first meeting that they both love animals, and went out of their way to take care of our babies. We were able to enjoy our trip even more with the peace of mind that our pups (and our home) were well taken care of. We are pretty new here to San Diego, so didn't know anyone to trust with our 2 older cats. After calling one pet sitting service who didn't have the time available that we needed she referred me to Jules. We got together and talked one day for her to see what I needed and I felt very comfortable with her from the beginning. She kept a little log of her visit each time and even took pictures to send me, It was a great feeling knowing our babies were in such good hands, and I love that she came to my home so they didn't have to go to a place  they weren't familiar with.  I will definitely call  Jules again. Jules is awesome. We have a "special" dog who was abused before we got him and he is usually not nice to anyone the first time he meets them. We love Jules! We really needed help to find the right person to walk out chocolate lab while we are at work all day... he was getting bad anxiety. We were refered to Jules and from the moment she came to meet our pup, I knew he instantly loved her. He walked right up to her and dropped his ball at her feet! He never does that, and I knew he felt instantly comfortable around her. Having Jules walk ou pet while we are gone all day has cut out his anxiety and barking while we are gone. Our neighbors are happier, we are not stressed, and our lab has another best friend. She is always there when we need her, always sends a message or picture to let us know how his day is going, and we trust her so much. Jules Royalty Pet Care is awesome!  We were looking for someone local to check in on our two feline kids while traveling about.  In the past, we had used lodging elsewhere, but it always seemed so traumatic for the cats to pack them up and move them to another location, and so we were looking for someone to come to our home to check in.  We have used Jules two times and were more than satisfied both times.  Jules met with us before our first trip away, discussing all of our needs and meeting the cats.  While away, she left detailed notes about the cats, and also took care of our mail/newspaper and watered the plants.  We received almost daily e-mails or texts from the cats while away.  Both cats were somewhat unexcited by our return home, letting me know that they had a great time with the fabulous Jules while we were away.  The last trip we went on was as long as we have ever left them before and both cats did great.  We were more than pleased to return home to happy/healthy cats (again, unimpressed by our return home)!  We will definitely use Jules in the future anytime we head out of town! Jules is awesome!!  I needed a dog walker for Christmas week and no one was available.  It was a last minute search, I needed service from the 24th til the 31st and I was calling around on the night of the 21st.  She was the only one that squeezed us in on her tight schedule!!  She is also located in Clairemont which is at least 20-25 mins away from our location.  She was so nice and accepted the job.  She is very competitively priced and she will do anything that is possible to keep our dog Qubie happy!!  Every time she arrived to walk Qubie she would text or email us.  It was great, we had an update status everyday.  Jules did whatever possible to make sure Qubie was happy!!.  I know that Qubie was really happy with Jules because  we had to meet with Jules to get our keys back and Qubie was so happy to see her.  I definitely have no reserves in recommending Jules as a pet sitter, walker or anything you need her services for.  She is the first and only person we will ask to help us when we need help with taking care of Qubie!! I asked Jules to come for a consultation and meet my dog Hobie. He just loves her!  I felt very good about hiring her to walk him. I asked her to come walk him between 2:00 and 4:00 pm.  Got a text from her at 2:10 saying they were out and about and that Hobie was doing great.  I really appreciated her being so prompt and keeping in touch. I would highly recommend Jules Pet Care for any of your pet sitting needs. She has such a special place in her heart for pets, any shape and size. I am so picky about someone caring for my babies, and Jules has done a wonderful job. I feel secure in knowing my pets are getting the best of care, love, and attention. They don't even know I am gone.
