Everyone loved Juan & Only Catering Services
No one had an unkind word regarding the presentation of the food nor the food.
In fact, only praises were made. Here is a synopsis:
"The Jasmine rice with the peas was unusual and so delicious..."
"What kind of chicken is this, the sauce is so good and the chicken is moist..."
"I don't eat eggplant but loved all of those grilled veggies...What kind of sauce were they cooked in?"
"I have never experienced watermelon and cheese before...delicious."
"What was in those cups? Loved that!"

A wonderful experience! I had a cocktail party for 14 people.
Looked on line at all their wonderful displays. Picked out nine
Hors D'oeuvres. Also a salad plated for each individual. They had ten to chose from -- I chose the Caprese Salad. It was delicious as was every item on the menu.
Our guests raved about how delectable everything was and could not get over the unique and eye catching display. They added three gorgeous vases of flowers that made it even more special.
I often do my own cooking but now I'm spoiled! I will relax and have Juan do the catering!

I love and enjoy cooking, no matter what type of cuisine. However, I’m in love with my Yukon Gold Stuffed with Creamy Corn (vegan tastes the same ?)
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I love hearing my client needs, preferences and budget. After I get to know my client better, I proceed to design a menu that’s unique & perfectly suits my client expectations.

I love everything! From grocery shopping to creating new styles of garnishing for every event
