We presented Jim and his associates with our plans for an addition to our 55 year old split ranch.  We wanted to add another level that would consist of two bedrooms and a bath.  Jim's Associates took our plans and along with their painstaking measurements presented all to Jim.  He sat with my husband and told him our home was not built to withstand another level.  He was very honest and straight forward letting us know that we would have to build up our existing structure before we could consider the addition.   Since this would have been an additional expense and inconvenience we could not have afforded we truly appreciated his honesty. In this business climate, it is refreshing to find someone with integrity.  We do plan on adding this addition to the back of the house and will definitely call Jozokos Architecture. More...
