Our group of twelve people have worked with Jeff for the past two years and he makes an incredible breakfast brunch and lunch! Anything we want. Chef Jeff and his team were absolutely amazing! Jeff created a wonderful dinner menu for every course from appetizers to dessert. He was always timely with his communications and often made helpful suggestions that made the process easy and smooth. Jeff and his team did a beautiful job on our rehearsal dinner for 16 last week. His communication throughout the process was timely and helpful. I had contacted Jeff in February as I started researching chefs. When I re-initiated contact in August to firm up plans he knew right where we left off and still had our event on his calendar even though I had not signed a contract. They were on time and prepared a beautiful Asian inspired meal. It helped set the tone for a truly magical weekend. My daughter and her boyfriend (who are at the age where they are on the wedding circuit right now - attending numerous friends' weddings in the past couple of years) said Jeff's food was part of the best food they had ever had at a wedding/related event! Chef Jeff and his staff prepared and served 10 appetizers and a beautiful table of fruits and vegetables with sauces. All of them were as amazing as the last! It was so fresh and delicious! Having server's pass around the appetizers to our guests was awesome with a group of 70, so that all mingled around and enjoyed each other. This was for my husband's 70th birthday, and it couldn't have been better. Everything was perfect. This was our 2nd party with Chef Jeff and his staff, and both were amazing. Thank you again! This is long overdue, but Jeff and his team catered our wedding last year. We had to keep postponing due to covid, but after 2 years we finally were able to have the event. The food was excellent and just as we ordered. Many people commented on how good it was, and at how fabulous the staff was as well, very helpful, courteous, and went over and above expectations. Our group of seven enjoyed Jeff's consistently excellent cooking over our week-plus stay at a house rental in Palm Springs. In advance of our stay we discussed the kind of food we liked (and didn't), and he listened to us and tailored his menus accordingly. He always arrived on time in the early evening, and his food was always served on time as well. The leftovers and breakfast bread that he brought were very pleasant surprises. I would recommend Jeff to anyone planning a trip to Palm Springs. We were a group of seven and Jeff prepared fabulous meals that pleased all of us. When he figured out that I liked cocktails with grapefruit juice, he gathered grapefruit from the tree behind the house and juiced them. That's going far beyond the extra mile, in my opinion. Seven of us rented a house in Palm Springs for two weeks and Jeff fed us and the occasional guests for dinners most of those nights. His menus were inventive and varied, and the food he created for us was spectacular (nightly: appetizers, salad, main course with two side dishes, and dessert; he shopped, prepared, served, cleared, and cleaned up). His servings were generous, so much so that we were able to make lunch for ourselves the next day with the delicious leftovers. He also brought us fresh baked breakfast bread loaves for us to enjoy in the morning. He was punctual and well prepared each night, and unflappable and cooperative when we threw him a curve ball. Chef Jeff and his team was a pleasure to work with! We hired Jordan's Creative Catering for a private chef dinner for 20 (13 Adults, 7 kids) at our rented Airbnb in Indio. Jeff was very accommodating to various dietary restrictions and gladly made everyone's meals to their desired preferences! Both the kids and adults raved about the food, which is hard to do!The meal was delicious all around, and by far the most relaxing and pleasant dinner we had throughout our entire stay. Another amazing evening created by Chef Jeff and his team. This is the second time we've worked with Jeff, and I hope we never have to work with another caterer. Jeff took time to learn about our group of 20+ business executives from as far away as Puerto Rico and helped us plan the perfect menu for the evening. He even coordinated all the rentals necessary. In the Coachella Valley everyone has "the best" of "anything" and "everything" when it comes to recommendations, but the reviews people are willing to spend the time writing always tell a tale. No one takes time to write about the "most mediocre dinner I ever had, it was just what I ordered." NO! It's either the VERY BEST and you want to shout it from the rooftops, or it was so incredibly bad that it is worth ruining a company's online reputation... in turn, ruining their in-person reputation. I have never been to an event and thought, "Oh, I can't wait to write about this and tell everyone I know!" UNTIL NOW... For the past several weeks I have been assisting a friend in planning a private party to celebrate her 25th Anniversary with a 50-Person Guest List. We interviewed several caterers, all with 5-Star reviews, all with something they felt they brought to the table that others didn't, but of the several we spoke to, Chef Jeff was the one we both immediately felt drawn to. He doesn't have a gimmick, he wasn't set on steering us away from the the menu we asked for, as was the case with the others. He didn't bat an eye at our request for "filet & lobster," but rather, he elevated it to the most incredible filet and lobster pairing one will ever taste. That was a big deal for my friend, as it was what was served at their wedding reception 25-years ago. Although we explained the importance of the dish to the other caterers, each of them found a way of saying the dish was "played out," and their suggestions drew us farther and farther away from the vision. From the very start he took our suggestions and elevated them into a menu that dreams are made of. As the event got closer every single vendor gave us a reason to worry that it wouldn't come together in time, but not Jeff. He has such a calm demeanor and not once did we feel he had lost site of the vision we had created together. Last Saturday was THE DAY and, as expected, Jeff arrived at the exact time he said he would . He brought everything he needed, and he even provided the catering staff, who were all as equally calm and put together as their Chef. They were all professional, with warm smiles. You don't get stuffy uptight service with his team. It's obvious that his catering staff respects him and has been with him for a while, as they all work in tandem with one another in perfect harmony. Chef Jeff was great to work with and all of his suggestions fit the vision perfectly. Even with his responsibilities of manning the kitchen, ensuring his staff stayed on task, and of feeding 50 Guests, he still managed to keep the dinner on schedule, but never hesitated when someone asked for his assistance. As much as I would like to keep this gem all to myself, I would be doing a disservice to my peers if I don't share it with you all. Everyone raved about the food, from start to finish, and I have already shared his information with a handful of people from the dinner that are hoping to book him for their upcoming events, and we learned that several of the local attendees have hired his for their events in the past and continue to use his services regularly. For your next event, big or small, Chef Jeff of Jordan's Creative Catering is truly "the best" - but he doesn't need me to sell you on it - he's got that covered all on his own. More...

Jeff and his team were amazing! We used his services for a private dining experience at a Bachelorette party at a rental home. They showed up right on time, and were extremely friendly and tidy throughout the whole set up process. They even poured us shots while appetizers were prepared, and make sure the entire area was clean, not just the items they brought. The meal was absolutely delicious--my personal favorites were the strawberry goat cheese salad and the filet, which was perfectly tender and juicy. Owner Jeff, is absolutely amazing! A true professional in every sense. In planning my mom's celebration of life during a busy Coachella weekend the caterer we originally had backed out a week before. I called Jeff and he was calm, assuring and willing to help Us out even though he had an event scheduled that night. He was extremely conscientious, helpful and responsive. We searched for a caterer over a busy weekend and wow were we lucky to book Chef Jeff from Jordans Catering and his crew. We hired Chef Jeff to cook an in-home meal for a bachelorette party for 13 ladies. The food was good and the price was great. They were quick to contact me and set-up the dinner. The price was also the best quoted for what we wanted. The food list was quite extensive so we definitely had a lot of good things to choose from. We had two servers to assist throughout the dinner.our dinner consisted of 3 tray passed apps, salad, filet entreé, garlic mashed potatoes, veggies and a chocolate cake. Had a great time hiring Jeff and team for a catered brunch. Reasonable prices and flexible with the menu. His assistants Christina and Lorenzo were awesome! From setting up, to cooking and cleaning. Jeff and his assistant were phenomenal. They catered us Sunday Brunch for my bachelorette for 15 of my guests. All my guests were so impressed and grateful with the service and as well of how delicious the food was. They provided everything from setting up, cooking, to picking up afterwards and leaving us the delicious leftovers. Something I always appreciate in the world we live in, is great customer service. Chef Jeff responded To all of my communications very quickly, and with the right answers to all my questions. his servers were just fantastic and our guests remarked upon their attention all evening. the food was just remarkably fantastic! Chef Jeff and his server,Christina, were AMAZING!! I called Jeff 2 days before our event and he stepped up to the challenge of creating a menu with me that met all my expectations. Being a foodie myself and hosting parties and events for my friends/family on a regular basis - I was worried Jeff was gonna fire me for my detailed requests. But he was so gracious and really took the time to make sure my brother's 50th turned out so special- just as we wanted it to be! He was honest about the limited availability of ingredients in Palm Desert and quickly came up with alternatives.
