How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Each client must do his or her work to attain their goals. My part is to educate you on what needs to be done and how to do it, motivate you to get excited about your goals and the work to achieve them, and ultimately it is my job to do everything in my power to keep you accountable to yourself and your dreams!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret. Changing your body is settled science, and so long as you follow that science with consistency and accuracy you can achieve any change you want in your body.
By tracking nutrition and engaging in structured resistance training programs you can gain muscle, lose fat, and achieve any other results you desire.
What do you love most about your job?
As someone who struggled with weight most of my Life I know what it feels like to be unhappy with my body and feel unwell. As someone who has overcome my obstacle and gotten myself in shape I know how wonderful it feels to Love my body and feel well.
My favorite thing in the world is sharing that transition and the joy and confidence it brings with others!
