Helping people attain realistic health and fitness goals, while strengthening and adding increased mobility into their lives, which exponentially increases someone's quality of life. I have worked with physically compromised and rehabilitating clients, while developing and executing my own recovery plans from significant physical injuries I have sustained throughout my own life.
