Worst Landscape company to work with. They quoted me for the entire front lawn. When I was ready for the job to be done they installed 1/2 of the Sod they were supposed to install. The Apopka Fl location. I have given this company 6 months to rectify my problem and I’ve come to the realization that I am out of $4,000. ☹️ I contracted this company in July 2021,to place St Augustine grass in my small front yard, a sprinkler system , plant 10 pots of fire bush hedges and NOTHING is right. I informed the company, the same day that the grass was put down ,that it looked like 2 different types of grass. They assured me that it looked like that because of the grass that was on the bottom of the pile and I should give it some time. I contracted TruGreen to come out and treat the grass, plants and tree. They informed me that they would do their best but the grass was not quality grass and had an infection and so did the tree. I call and was continually told to just wait and we are now in a new year. My lawn is horrible, The top of my potted plans are now above ground and the $300 Crepe Myrtle has yet to bloom. Barely a leaf on it. This is a text from August: Hello Shellie, well when I came by to see you on July 20th because I was not satisfied with the work done by your company, you asked that I give you 2 weeks and if I was still not happy, you would come by. My yard still does not look like the quality of work I paid for. Not only that but my almost $300 tree is dying or at least looks like it. My Tru green rep suggested that I contact you about the tree. My worst fears are here and that is that I wouldn't get what I paid for . Please help. I would not recommend this company for any work. They were very accommodating during the quote and installation but after that, they weren’t done with me. This really hurt. RUN! THEY ARE A SCAM! These people only care about money! They couldn't fix my sprinklers after an indefinite number of services calls, of which I paid for! They ran over my driveway and damaged it. Damaged my irrigation boxes as the FLEW through the mow. Killed so many plants as they carelessly sprayed them with round up. Damaged my stone work with the lawn mower. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD! They run wild with it! They start off reasonable with pricing to get you in, then soak you with high prices. NOT ONE PERSON THERE IS QUALIFIED! Poor customer service and billing practices. The billing lady "Shelly" is CLUELESS!!! (See her review below laughable) They are real operators there and only care about money! We live on an acre lot in a very strict HOA community and JMC does an awesome job keeping our property looking amazing. If there's something additional we need, or if a problem arises, I've always been able to reach them by phone and they are out here the very next day most of the time (sometimes that same day!) to help us.

Wow am so impress with the landscape desing they did at my house. everything looks so beautiful. Abe, picked great combination of plnats, plams and trees. and the landscape crew were very respecfull, honest, and very deatil. The staff in the office very friendly and keep me posted with the job from the beginning to the job was complete. Am very satisfied. Be careful when you hire this company. The employees are nice, but the result is horrible. I paid them $3,800 for our project. I asked Abe (the manager who came out) to put plants that will last year round here in Orlando. I also had them install 3 birds of paradise in our yard. We asked for spotlights and rocks around the plants they planted. We specifically asked Abe ( the gentleman who came out numerous times) to make sure the plants were planted correctly. We also had him go through our sprinkler system and make sure the irrigation was set up appropriately. He did all of that and assured us everything was done correctly. 2 months later, 80% of the plants they planted were dead and the birds of paradise were dead. When they came out they said it was our fault and that the plants were water-logged. Ummm, hello your employee Abe set up the sprinkler system to his liking for the plants and assured us everything was good. Needless to say they do not want to replace anything under any warranty or negligence of their employees. At least the spot lights still work and it's kind of hard to mess up setting rocks. Dominique Tate didn't want to give us the contact info for the owner and Abe the gentleman who manages the projects is nice but is obviously lacking experience. Be up front with customers, don't just do something to collect money and tell the customer too bad when your install goes bad. More...

Awful service, not reliable or trustworthy, they did not come as scheduled on a bi-weekly basis, so our lawn looked awful. Called JMC and they said there was a messed up on their scheduling but when I offered JMC the chance to not loose a customer and to make it up they said not. So if you want your lawn to look overgrown and if you are okay to hire a company that will service your lawn when they wish not when they are scheduled, then JMC is your people to hire. More...
