How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
In order to achieve goals accurately and efficiently I make sure my client is as committed to achieving their goals as I am to help them. With commitment comes the motivation needed to keep going. I will listen to a clients wants and needs and I will then set up a fitness assessment to understand your actual needs and health condition. Every week we will keep track of progress to instill a sense of success until the client is satisfied with how they look and more importantly feel. Lastly, I feel it’s important to always have fun during your fitness journey, so with that said fun comes naturally with me!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no top secret! Any one can get the body of their dreams with the right nutrition and exercise plan. Just eating healthier combined with a little bit of exercise can go a long way! Over complicating it is why so many people fail.
What do you love most about your job?
Ultimately I love the experience of helping someone change their life around for the better. The look and feeling a person gets when they’ve reached their goal is my motivation, and I love health and fitness! Also, who doesn’t want a career where you can create your own schedule AND have fun.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I went out on a journey to find help starting my own business because I didn’t want the norm and ever so boring 9-5. As a personal trainer I can work under a gym, but that would ensure limitations for me and my clients. I wanted to be sure that I can do what’s comfortable and fun for my client.
