I love love love and recommend Jessica Epps as a yoga instructor! I have been attending her yoga classes at sundari both Hatha and her new class the yin yoga. She is truly amazing, just so knowledgeable, compassionate and we'll take you through all the poses and use any props necessary so her classes are for anyone from 11 to 111 years of age.! she has a very calm manner also very loving and inclusive. Adapting new fitness habits can be challenging. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. My views on health and fitness are holistic, treating the mind, body, & spirit as a whole.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency is key! Everyone has to start somewhere and I'm right here with you to get started and help you to stay on track. We take it one step at a time. If you keep our training sessions consistent, you will see results. You get what you repeat!
What do you love most about your job?
Being that I am both a Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer, I love being able to help others feel their best, mind and body. My clients results and helping them to feel their best, is what I love most.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked as a Therapist in rehabilitation for over 8 years. While I did enjoy this job, I wanted to focus more on physical fitness and Yoga, rather than rehabilitation, because it is my passion.
Why should our clients choose you?
I hold many fitness certifications and am passionate about what I do. I have a vast knowledge of anatomy, physiology , kinesiology (how the body moves) and utilize this knowledge during training sessions. This provides you with an individualized fitness plan catered to meet your exact needs and help you to achieve your goals!

I am currently not offering online services. However, depending on a case by case basis, I may be able to drive to your home if you are unable to travel by car to come to me.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since I offer one on one training at my private home gym, there is much less contact of equipment, etc., than at a gym setting. I disinfect after each client thoroughly. I also ask that my clients bring their own yoga mats to use if possible, to avoid less contact.
If you choose to work with me at Cocoa Beach Health and Fitness, in the gym setting, they keep the gym very well sanitized.
