I was referred to Jerry through the photographer of a fellow coworker in another state and I'm so glad for this connection! He is detailed and attentive beginning with the first phone conversation. Jerry Camarillo is a consummate professional. When I initially called him to ask about head shots, he fully explained the process and gave clear directions about how I should prepare for the shoot. On the day of the appointment, he did an impressive job of helping me relax and get past my usual jumpy reaction to having my picture taken. He spent many hours ensuring that he got a number of shots in various locations. His manner was warm and friendly throughout what could have been a very tiring ordeal but actually turned out to be surprisingly pleasant. Jerry was a huge help to me when I needed a headshot. I was able to make an appointment right away, he set me up with his hair and makeup artist in his studio that did amazing work and saved me so much time. Between the two of them and his sweet dog I was put at ease immediately. The session was enough time for him to get the shot that he was looking for but was not too long. The photo that he captured was all that I was hoping for and more, I’m not sure how they made me look that good! I wish that could look like that all the time. When my wife and me decided to get corporate head shots, we were referred to Jerry by a good friend. Jerry was very responsive and offered a great package. Additionally, he was very accommodating when finding a date for the photo shooting. Upon arrival at his studio, he gave us a warm welcome and made us feel comfortable, which was important due to our lack of experience with professional photography. Jerry did my professional real estate head shots.  I was happy with his price and packaging.  I didn't want to look bad, wrinkled or old, and I am not comfortable in front of the camera.  Jerry instilled trust all the way and took my mind off posing.  He had a fantastic makeup artist on set, and took as much time as I needed.  The look was contemporary business.  It was fun!  The results were great--professional but not stiff; perfect for LA lifestyle and LA business.  He made me look great and I was very pleased with the results. Looking to update my corporate headshots I search the web and found Jerry's website. I reviewed his entire portfolio before making a decision to schedule an appointment. Scheduling the appointment was simple and easy. Upon arrival I explained the look I wanted from within his portfolio. He assured me that it would not be an issue. My 11 year old daughter had been asking for Head shots and agency applications for years. Finally, I gave in. I was diligent in doing my homework as to where to get her head shot taken. I found Jerry's website and was extremely impressed with his reviews, so we booked an appointment.Jerry, replied to my wishy washy email quickly (and while he was out of the country at the time). When the day finally arrived, my daughter and I were  both quick to loose our nerves and felt immediately comfortable with Jerry. He knew how "green" we were and really took his time with us. There was a definite educational advantage in having him spend some time with us. Jerry, at the chance of sounding cliche, was beyond amazing. I would recommend Jerry to absolutely everyone.
