I'm a Midwest photographer (available for travel). I aim for a guided organic, romantic feel in my photographer. I want my art to feel genuine but also want to make sure you have the direciton you need. I'm laid back, can handle whatever the session/day throws at me and have been doing weddings for 12 years!

Jenna does an amazing job taking quality pictures. Even with the challenge of working with families with young kids, she was a pro. Â She keeps the atmosphere calm and conversation going, as she snaps her shots. Â I feel like this helps people feel and look more natural in their pictures. Â She was also very helpful with placing our order. Â The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because it is a little pricey. Â But then again, you probably get what you pay for. She was affordable, creative....yet still understood the importance of traditional family photos, she was timely in every aspect, and MOST importantly - she did not keep us from enjoying the wedding. What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
I love to give my clients prompts that elicit NATURAL reactions. What I want to deliver is a gallery full of images that bring back the good memory of their shoot. I want them to feel like themselves at their BEST!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are your goals for this session/wedding day? What feel/vibe do you and your family/groom etc. carry in your life? Are you serious? Fun Loving? Laidback? High Energy? Do you love the water, or being home, or hiking, etc.? I love to get to know people.
What do you love most about your job?
I get the honor of being part of some of the most intimate times of someone's life. I get to watch (and work) as the groom sees the bride in private. I get to attend a birth, or photograph and adoption. These moments are sacred and precious and I feel honored to be a part of others' lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for a photographer and did all his digital work. I then wanted to start my own family and have a creative outlet. It then naturally developed into something bigger than I anticipated. I feel blessed to have had it take off the way it did.
Why should our clients choose you?
I keep things calm. I can bustle a dress, be silly to make kids laugh, help the mother of the bride chill out, and calm the nervous groom or dad. I cry during the father-daughter dances. I'm laid back (even during high-stress situations) and can roll with the punches. I have a lot of practice with my technical skills and try to come to every session with fresh ideas! Most of all, I love connecting with people.
Wedding Photography
I have multiple wedding collections from 3 hours to 10 hours and a few in between. I LOVE albums and try to convince every bride to get one because they are just GORGEOUS.
Real Estate/Vacation Rental
I enjoy photographing homes/properties/businesses/vacation rentals. I am willing to travel and look forward to helping during the process of listing.
Family Photography
I love photographing families in a natural, organic way. I also do traditional portraiture.
Senior Photography
Seniors are potentially some of my favorite people to work with. I enjoy getting to know them in such a transitional stage of their lives. I look forward to helping them feel their absolute best, confident, beautiful/handsome, comfortable, etc.
Brand Photography
