This program really works! I started it 3 months ago and have lost a total of 5 inches! Since starting it I have learned to make better choices at home and at restaurants while still enjoying foods that I love, learning to slow down and stopping when full. I work with my clients to develop habits that fit their current lifestyle. I don't believe in depriving or making big extreme changes to their current way of living. I will work with you to still enjoy the things that you love, while also getting you towards your goal. I encourage my clients to remember that this is a process and big changes will not happen over night.

There is no secret. Health and fitness are really pretty simple. What you put into your body is going to affect your performance. There are a ton of different approaches to hitting your fitness goals from drastic measures to small changes at a time. I believe in balance and I don't believe in restricting yourself or crash diets.

Every time a client has a light bulb moment brings me such joy. Maybe it is being able to complete an exercise for the first time, or picking up a new weight for the first time. Their small wins are my wins too!

Before I started my own business, I was a fitness coach for a boutique studio. I absolutely loved it and my experience there allowed me to grow and become the fitness trainer I am today. I knew that I had so much more to offer outside of coaching classes and wanted to be able to provide that to future clients.

I am your number one fan and your biggest supporter. I will be here for you every step of the way. I'm not here to just deliver you a workout or nutrition tips and expect that you complete it. This is your journey and I want to be part of it. I will check in with you, motivate you and keep you accountable.

My services are provided completely online and from the comfort of your home! All you need is access to the internet from a phone, tablet or computer to be able to access your workouts or macro coaching info!

Everything is completely virtual and contact-free!

Let me guess, you've tried every diet out there but either found it too unrealistic to sustain, restricting, or maybe you just didn’t know what to do once it ended. You've thought about macros and have seen it advertised all over Instagram but the idea kinda intimidates you a little bit. Maybe you've signed up to get your personalized macros before but never had a coach to keep you accountable or help you out when it got a little tough or you just had a simple question and didn't know who to turn to.

But you want results. You have goals that you are working towards and you want to get there and are just a little lost on what the best route to take is. Macros with Jenn not only gives you the results that you are looking for but will offer you the knowledge that you need to sustain a healthy lifestyle that gives you food freedom, portion control and accountability.

Through this coaching program, we will work together to build sustainable habits and approaches to eating. In addition to providing customized macro and calorie portions, I will teach you the best practices and my top methods to set you up for success in your tracking endeavors! We will meet on a weekly (first month) or biweekly (option to switch in month 2) basis for a quick 20 minute call. These calls serve many purposes. Number one this is your accountability, we will chat each week to set up a small focus or goal for the week and map out how to get there, what needs to be done and how to overcome potential barriers that could get in the way. I'm not going to lie to you, macro tracking is tough, if it were easy everyone would be doing it. But I will be there with you every step of the way and one of the benefits of having me as your coach is the ability to access and communicate with me at all times!

Coached by Jenn is a one on one training program that is designed specifically for you. This is not a cookie cutter program. These are workouts specifically designed for YOU for YOUR goals with a purpose. We aren't wasting time with exercises or circuits that you don't need to be doing. No more generalized programming, you get 3-5 workouts that will take you less than an hour delivered to you each week. Get in, get it done and tackle the rest of your day.

How does it work? I utilize the client version of Trainerize to deliver your workouts to you. You can access this app through your smartphone, tablet or computer, so whether you are working out at home, in the gym or on vacation your workouts come with you. The app gives you the flexibility to complete a workout when you have the time and at your own pace but still receive the accountability from me as your coach. I can see when you have completed the workouts, the level you rate it, your reps/weights utilized and can provide you with feedback. Each workout gives you everything you need so you never feel lost or confused. You'll have a video to show you how to complete the exercises, tips on how to get the most of them, and information on the number of sets and reps to complete. The first and third week of each month will consist of the same workouts while the second and fourth week will be the same. This is for two reasons, 1. it allows you to be able to have some familiarity as you are going through the workout and 2. allows you to see the small wins. Maybe the first time you were only able to do an exercise for 5 reps and the second time you got to 8 reps. That’s improvement. Each month, all new workouts will be delivered in the same way.
