Jean Herr is one of the most professional people I have ever done business with. I gave her an enormous project -- digitizing 37 years' worth of family photos-- that took many months. She was prompt, courteous, and discreet. There were rarely problems, but when there was one, she handled it cheerfully and took care of it promptly. After having many old VHS tapes of our family, it is exciting to be able to share them at ease with my relatives.
