I do gourmet burgers, smash burgers,pulled pork smoked sausages, tacos. I can also do the same but 100% vegan. If you have something else in mind let me know and I can work with you on any other menu options.

What’s your signature dish?
I am a burger junkie at heart burgers and pulled pork are my go-to when I am out to eat personally and when I cook for my family i also added vegan barfood to my options and people are excited for that.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I find their exact needs ask questions and work with them
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting all of the different people and cooking different styles of food that I normally don't do on a regular basis
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been opening restaurants as a corporate trainer for two corporate restaurants and have worked for private restaurant owners for the last 12 years creating menus and doing restaurant consulting the economy is shaky and I want to use my knowledge and skills to bring people affordable catering and dining options the restaurant business is changing.
