My signature dish is French Toast & Chicken Tenders with Honey butter drizzle
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Learning the event/occasion type is first. Its important to know the atmosphere to determine the food type. The second most important detail to know is the budget. Understanding how much the client is willing spend helps us determine what foods/dishes to suggest to put the menu together. Lastly acknowledging diet restrictions/allergies
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy bringing people together through food. I love the excitement my clients feels when they see their food display and when they taste that first bite.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My love for cooking and being in the kitchen. I think its important to be happy where you work and for that's the kitchen.

We don't just bring your food in aluminum pans and hand them off to you at the door. We bring the Jazzy's Kitchen Experience. No event is the same. Every event is personalize based off the occasion. We include set up with light table-scape to bring the WOW factor.
