What’s your signature dish?
Honestly, I love all of the foods I cook. And everyone that I have serviced has enjoyed every aspect of their meal.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First, I review the theme they’re having, then we can brainstorm their most favorite dishes. When finalized a appetizer, salad and main course is decided on. Whatever the client wants they receive.
What do you love most about your job?
The smile on individuals faces when they realize the food taste just as good as it looks.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I learned how to cook, and people enjoyed my food so much I started to sale dinners. Then one day someone asked me to cater their birthday party and ever since then I stopped selling dinners as often and opened a full catering business.

I always make my clients feel comfortable and like family from the beginning to end through our interaction. I always provide a personalized menu to meet all of their requirements, and make sure it’s well worth their money. The food is definitely the best part of any event.
