When I first started training with Joshua I could hardly do a regular squat, I’ve had head injuries that effected my balance and make those sort of tasks difficult but in less than a month he perfected my form and had me squatting weight comfortably. In a short amount of time he’s gotten me pushing weight and doing workouts I never would’ve imagined myself doing and taught me that there are fun ways to do cardio instead of just running. 10/10 recommend! How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help clients with Education in Nutrition I have a app that helps them with grocery lists on multiple diet styles including Keto , Paleo,Low carb,Balanced, Low Glycemic and more just ask. Also I work with folks with injury and have a lot of experience with those very new in fitness. I have trained athletes and Im currently a head sports and conditioning coach.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Learning antecedents and finding a way to work around them.
What do you love most about your job?
Learning each individuals needs are specific. No two days are the same and being able to adjust is great for me because i'm very versatile.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Learning about how to run things. Self motivated individual, spiritual, this is my calling.
