My favorite dish to make is fettuccine alfredo.
I can make it with chicken, shrimp or scallops.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Having a discussion with the client by phone. Listening to every detail that the client is seeking. Then executing the menu to the way the client wants the menu to be.
What do you love most about your job?
I like the fact that I can create dishes.
