What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people realize they have possessed the power to become the people they always wanted to be! I love seeing the growth in confidence and the level of self-awareness that is developed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am natural born motivator! As a college counselor of high schoolers, I spent my days enforcing to students that there was a perfect opportunity for them and they just needed to find and seize it!
Working in the health and wellness industry, I see how often we let life get in the way of our personal wellness and I champion for people (namely women) to take ownership of their lives and want all to realize how incredibly important health, wellness, and having fulfillment in life truly is.
