I was referred to J&J by my career counselor and I am really glad I went for temp work with J&J. I had never considered temp work before but the whole process was easy and enjoyable. I am EXTREMELY pleased with this staffing agency and their accuracy of employment placing. In the end, we did end up using J & J but that was to ABSOLUTELY NO FAULTS on their part. Within in two weeks of registering with J & J Staffing Resources (Princeton Office), I was scheduled for my first interview with Princeton University. The management team did an excellent job preparing me for my upcoming interview. They forward me a complete job description, which allowed me an opportunity gain a full understanding of the position, as well as negotiated a rate very close to my salary requirement. J & J Staffing coordinated my schedule with the hiring managers to arrange an interview at a time that was convenient for us both. This position was a perfect match with my experience, skills and education. I have worked with J&J Staffing since the 1990s, with assignments ranging in length from one day to one year at companies/sites ranging in staff size from fewer than 10 to over 750. Kelly, Lori, and the other staff in the Cherry Hill office have always tried to find me suitable positions to fit my skills, availability, and preferences. They respond promptly to questions or concerns, and throughout the year extend personal touches to show their appreciation. I haven't yet used the new paid-time-off policy, but the previous paid holiday benefit was a perk other agencies did not offer. Working with J&J Staffing was without a doubt one of the most positive, helpful, and successful employment experiences I've had to date. To be completely honest, I was a stubborn recent college graduate. I had a negative image of staffing agencies in general ever since I entered the workforce, simply because I saw utilizing a third party to help secure a job as being dependent versus independent.When I finally came to terms with the fact that I needed that extra push, I went directly to J&J based on their well-respected reputation in my area. From the moment I walked into their office, to the day I secured a full-time position at a top organization in the country as a result of my temp position, I always felt like J&J was looking out for my best interest. The turnaround time from the moment I registered with J&J to the phone call saying they had a position for me was 36 hours. I registered on a Thursday, got the call on a Friday, and started my temp position on Monday.
